“I remember when this place opened and now can’t imagine a time without them! Excellent teamwork and service. Quick in and out (unless there’s no one behind me and then we catch up on local stuff!). Great food and a devoted community following. Cup n’Muffin is always involved with the most fun community events and a great presence in Kingston. Feels like family.“

“Everyone is always very nice here, even when I stop by super early on the way to work. The atmosphere inside is good and very clean. It’s a nice spot to have in Kingston because the other coffee shops have limited hours. I always try to support local when I can, but I really enjoy such a wonderful Starbucks location nearby when everything else is closed.“

“Best crepes ever! Made with fresh real ingredients. If you want authentic quality crepes, this is the place. 💜“
“The service is the best, the employees are respectful, it's kept clean and safe for all customers. ..the problems you may experience are due to the inconsiderate customers who believe they can act like it's their right to behave in any way they choose and employees are there to please and serve them regardless...if you don't like it...go somewhere else to get your gas. The Tribe could make and sell gas credit cards so people wouldn't have to wait in lines to pay...“
“The coffee is always on point and the environment is fun and inviting😊“
“Yes to the hotel. It was nice, comfy and the staff were super friendly. The food on the other hand, not good at all. We ate at the pizza place, and the Dragon eighty eight. Both were less then average. I got the surf and turf at the Dragon, never have I received a steak cut into an even chunks. And the plate was dripping in sauce, it almost felt like I was eating canned dog food. If they amped up the food here, it would be so much better! We did enjoy ourselves but did feel like all the food we ate, was just not good :/“

“Ian,in the course of training a new employee, caught an error on our bill and took the time to bring it to our attention and correct the mistake. Give Ian a raise and promote him, he is ensuring return customers and raising McDonald's reputation for service from good to great. Thanks again Ian!“

“This coffee shop is located off of the main NW Market St. The store says that they have German and Chinese influences.
Tried the Shanghai fog - don’t think it has any caffeine in it but was delicious. It’s not overly sweet and had a soft creamy taste. Definitely one of the more successful variations on the London Fog
Lines can get pretty long on weekends and I think that’s mainly due to the fact that there is only one person at the cashier and the staff didn’t seem to be in any rush to get through the line. Worth a short wait if you’re in the neighborhood~“

“I can’t believe I’ve lived so close to this place and haven’t tried it until now because wow have I been missing out! The food is to die for. I ordered the savory (chicken and waffles) and devoured it before I could even take a picture. Everything was cooked to perfection, and was a great balance of sweet to spicy and so flavorful. What made it even more special is the owner who made the experience very personal throughout our service. Important to note it is a small place so you may end up having to wait for a table but, trust me, it’d be worth the wait.“

“I love this place. The staff are friendly and fun, the space is always clean and well kept, and the coffee is always smooth. You can order ahead online and pick up your order to skip the line.
It has plenty of electrical outlets, if you want to sit for a bit to work too.“

“Such an exceptional coffee spot. After visiting as many coffee shops as I can find in Seattle, this place makes it hard to want to go anywhere else for weekend coffee. The coffee beans and matcha here rotate every few weeks and are sourced from high quality vendors. The owners are so personable and helpful. It's refreshing to find a spot that makes a simple pour over or espresso a different experience every time.“

“This place rocks and i love a local cornerstore
My only detractor is i stop by sometimes on weekdays between 10-1130 and they'll be closed on a break without that information posted anywhere else that's accessible beyond note on door.
Most recent time this happened is the date of this review but it's happened a few times at this point. Please post your break times on your open hours lol you guys rock.“

“My wife and I came here for the first time years ago and it quickly became our favorite coffee shop in the area - we are now regulars! I recommend the sandwiches. They are unassuming on the menu - I assumed they were simple cold-case sandwiches, which I tend to avoid - but was so impressed when we tried them one day and discovered they're fresh-made, warmed and full of great ingredients, pestos and tomatoes and whatnot. I get the Med Chicken pretty regularly now. They also have a really great breakfast sandwich - I get sausage on a bagel with egg and cheddar, and it's really good. They use cafe Umbria, which is my favorite roaster, so that's a win for me. They make a great mocha, a great London fog, and the service is always good. Now that we have a little boy - who the owners love, and he loves them - we appreciate the lobby that's so easily accessible next door that he can run around in. The coffee shop itself is also very comfortable and always a relaxing place to sit and enjoy.“
“This is the perfect summer spot, forget packing a picnic. Stop here for a delicious sandwich with a potato chip crunch or a yummy salad. They have cute kites for sale and snacks for the kids. The owners are so friendly. They even have coffee and hot chocolate for cold pnw day. The location is perfect for families, it is sandwiched between a sandy beach and a playground.“
“Diana and her team have created such a fun and inviting spot for finding just the right gift, getting or shipping mail, or just grabbing a cup of coffee. I love Sip and Ship!“

“Love this coffee shop and so does my dog! The espresso beans they use are the best!! This location never disappoints and the baristas are kind and welcoming. They have a variety of burritos that you don’t typically find offered other places with no pork selections and a veggie breakfast burritos (So good btw) and other food items as well, I’ve enjoyed all of the ones I’ve tried so far. Definitely recommend!! ☕“

“Not sure what their secret is but their drinks are the best we've had from a coffee shop! My husband got a dirty chair and myself a decaf vanilla latte. Perfection. Any time we are in the area we will be frequenting! Also super appreciated there was a restroom available.“

“This place is lovely, especially on a week day when it's less likely to be crazy busy. I took my brother and father here when they were visiting last week. My brother and I had the egg and bacon breakfast sandwich, my dad has the peanut butter toast, we shared the breakfast potatoes and had three cups of coffee (two drip one americano). The total cost was over $100 with tip. The food was really good, but pricey. Seating was limited because it was very busy, so we took an open table in their main ordering space. It was pretty noisy and hard to hear each other. That said, this is a great place to come hang out for a luxurious cafe breakfast if price isn't a big concern.“

“Kristie and the girls are all amazing! And as far as I'm concerned it's the best and the only place I'll go out of my way to go to. She has monthly drink specials and the products She uses are top-notch and she always has good ideas for flavor combos and the only place I feel confident in saying surprise me!“
“Biscuit and Bean is my favorite biscuit place, the staff is amazing, and so is the food. 🖤 So good it was one of my wife's first food requests after her stroke! She was adamant about me getting her a classic with maple butter! 😂“

“This little cafe had pretty damn good coffee and quite a bit of artsy prints as well as some bits and bobs. The cool logo caught my attention, so I got a sticker with my coffee and it just so happened that the artist who made it was there!
Despite an event in downtown Ballard, this place was pretty quiet and chill which was nice. It’s a pretty small space, but it really embodies the good Seattle vibes of ‘artsy local coffee shop.’“

“Honestly I thought I had reviewed this Urban Family location a year or two ago - but must have not gotten around to it! I love it's upstairs setup which overlooks their patio and a nice corner of the Ballard Brewery district. Beers are consistently solid and service always quick. I like that they often play movies against their large interior walls as well. Great place to relax!“

“Absolutely love this place you guys have to come! 🤗 I am not from the area, and I have been out on the road working all day and found this adorable little hidden gem. And everything was so neat and tidy no sticky floors and no garbage anywhere. Just a super cool vibe that you want to come and hang out 🥳 My coffee was good my blueberry scone was good and the wonderful gentleman who was working was just a delight. Next time I am in the Magnolia area I will 100% stop by here for a good drink and delicious snacks!

“I love this place- simple and everything you want, nothing you don't need. The food is phenomenal. They have limited hours, but I think that's how you know a place is good- they only have to be open when they want to. Frequented by marina and construction workers, this is an 'if you know you know' lowkey spot. I come here whenever I get a chance!“
“I recently visited Praxis Cafe and Yoga Studio for the first time, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I could immediately feel the positive energy. I tried the Ratchet Yoga class with Justine, and it was an absolute game-changer! Justine’s teaching style is so fun and engaging, making the class accessible yet still challenging. I left feeling empowered and uplifted—truly a unique yoga experience. The café also deserves special mention. I absolutely loved the avocado toast, especially with the CrispBlaze chili oil by Jaiyen Cookhouse, a fantastic local business. It’s the perfect blend of flavors and a must-try! The new owner has done an incredible job with the place. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a space where people can unwind, recharge, and feel at home. I’m excited to come back for both the yoga classes and the café treats. Highly recommend Praxis to anyone looking for a fresh, energizing experience!“

“I am super fussy about coffee and coffee shops. I actually do java crawls on international coffee day. But here is the classic Seattle coffee house. Great java, home made goodies, not fancy, with a great big room in the back for reading or board games. They even have a commuter special with coffee, breakfast, and a bus pass. With Seattle changing so much (Royal Drummer, blah), take a trip down memory lane and see a real coffee house of yesterday’s Seattle. And the bulletproof coffee is to die for.“
