We came in this morning and got two coffees, with oat milk. There was a new girl working, trying hard. However the girl who made our drinks did realize we ordered oatmilk, when we asked her if she used oat milk, she was extremely rude. She pushed the drinks at us and dropped the straws. People have dairy allergies that serious, and can have very servere reactions.
The worst, disrespected service! Instead of paying attention to us, customer at the window, she was talking to customer at ordering station. Just used hand motions to talk to us. Didn't use the balance on my gold card, didn't give me a chance to say I wanted more loaded on it and then when we said thank you, server said, Yup!" I'll support a local coffee shop next time!
