“I finally decided to give Cove Coffee a try. I thought I would give myself a treat for my birthday. I stopped before I got to the window to read the menu. When I got to the window, I read the smaller menu in front of me about the seasonal specials. I read the specials menu deciding on what I might want to try. All the while the person at the window was engaged in a personal conversation with someone else. Finish with my reading. I waited for another minute or so to listen to the blather about her recommendations of somewhere to go, and how the other person would feel accepted. Blah, blah, blah. Sorry, that's not why I drove into your place of business. Read your menu and waited for your employee to do their job which they did not. I can go anywhere and be ignored. But to be expected to purchase something afterwards, spending my money for rudeness. You have lost a customer that you never had.“

“Jordan is probably the best Barista at this stand, she makes the coffees perfect everytime, she is so kind, and she remembers mine and my friends coffee, she is so casual, relaxed and gives great energy. This stand has alot of options and White coffee, which no other stand in the area has, they have good beans and the only time I get burnt coffee here is on the weekends which is probably newer baristas. All in all 5 stars.“

“Everyone is always very nice here, even when I stop by super early on the way to work. The atmosphere inside is good and very clean. It’s a nice spot to have in Kingston because the other coffee shops have limited hours. I always try to support local when I can, but I really enjoy such a wonderful Starbucks location nearby when everything else is closed.“

“The service is the best, the employees are respectful, it's kept clean and safe for all customers. ..the problems you may experience are due to the inconsiderate customers who believe they can act like it's their right to behave in any way they choose and employees are there to please and serve them regardless...if you don't like it...go somewhere else to get your gas. “Yes to the hotel. It was nice, comfy and the staff were super friendly. The food on the other hand, not good at all. We ate at the pizza place, and the Dragon eighty eight. Both were less then average. I got the surf and turf at the Dragon, never have I received a steak cut into an even chunks. And the plate was dripping in sauce, it almost felt like I was eating canned dog food. If they amped up the food here, it would be so much better! We did enjoy ourselves but did feel like all the food we ate, was just not good :/“
