“I'm giving a five-star review because I had a wonderful customer service experience with McKenna. I asked for her name so I could leave this comment. Also the coffee and food I got was good too and the price was reasonable compared to other similar businesses. But again McKenna is the reason I left a review.“

“Eating here, especially when it’s not crowded, is always a lovely experience. We were a little disappointed today, as we arrived at 3pm (they close at 4pm) and the kitchen was already closed, so only bakery items were available. I understand that the staff are eager to be done with their day, but when I worked for a retail outfit that was known for its exemplary customer service, we were taught not to begin cleanup until all the customers had left the store and the doors were locked. Why? Because when you’re open, you’re supposed to be making the customers feel comfortable and welcome, not rushed or awkward. If the Cafe is going to stop serving warm food at a certain time, I wish they would post this. I did not remove stars, as everyone was kind and courteous (other than the cleaning bit, but that had started before we arrived), the food we did get was delicious (their baked goods and handcrafted drinks are great) and the atmosphere in the afternoon is calm and lovely.“

“I genuinely love Sprinklz so much. Not only does it have the perfect small-town vibe, but the ice cream is great. I've never had any problems with the workers, they've always been super kind and eager to help. It can run on the more expensive side, but literally everything else in Langley does too. The customer service makes up for the cost anyway.“

“Incredibly kind staff. Delicious drinks. Tasty bites. The breakfast sandwich is delicious!! The atmosphere is super welcoming and homey. The steamers are so good! The black coffee is perfectly prepared. Highly recommend this coffee shop if you are in the area.“

“This is an espresso stand, they have very limited food, which I have never ordered. The drinks have been outstanding each time and they are willing to remake our provide something else if not up to expectations, though I've never needed to make use of that. The most that I've ever waited is about 8 minutes when someone had pulled in just before me. The usual wait is generally five minutes or less. No tables, only a drive through, so there is also no parking for them, only for the gas station/ convenience store that they are next to.“

“I am a total coffee/espresso snob and typically order somewhat of a complicated drink. They nailed it! One of the best coffees I’ve ever had…perfect account of flavor, I’ve and milk! On top of that, the service was great! Very friendly and had dog treats for the pups in the backseat! I will return to this coffee stand every time I am in the area!“
