The only destination coffee worth visiting in Seattle. If you know you know. Great coffee program and incredible owners. Don’t sleep on the ceramics.
We had a single origin pour over and it was the best coffee we've ever had. We asked about it and since they didn't have any beans to sell they suggested some others that would fit the same profile.
Such an exceptional coffee spot. After visiting as many coffee shops as I can find in Seattle, this place makes it hard to want to go anywhere else for weekend coffee. The coffee beans and matcha here rotate every few weeks and are sourced from high quality vendors. The owners are so personable and helpful. It's refreshing to find a spot that makes a simple pour over or espresso a different experience every time.

The espresso and pourover are consistently delicious, with excellent coffees sourced from small farms and roasters. They also offer seasonal drinks that can take you out of your comfort zone, like their watermelon iced americano, or a fantastic vanilla latte made with housemade vanilla syrup. The menu is intentionally narrow, focusing on what they do well.
The owners are friendly and super into coffee, putting heart into their spot. The space itself is charming and retro cool, filled with plants, and features beautiful handmade pottery creations for serving drinks and for purchase. While the place is small and can get busy, the quality of the coffee and the inviting vibe make it a top choice. For those from Melbourne, it's considered the best coffee since moving to Seattle, with high ratings for interior design and quality flat whites.
