“Extra” katsu sauce is 50¢, but you only get a tiny serving cup with katsu orders and none on the katsu. If I knew that I would’ve ordered different. Very dry without sauce. Decent chicken tho.

Fried rice was good, but the musubi was weird. Very plain rice, little slice of plain spam sandwiched in between instead of on top like typical musubi. Would be better if it was teriyaki spam, so a little sauce soaks into the rice for more flavor, and placed on top wrapped in seaweed.

I called tonight at 7pm and no answer, so I waited and called again no answer. I drove there by 725 and went in because their open sign was lit. They put a piece of paper up saying that they were closing at 730 tonight instead of 8. And I said ok well it’s not 730 yet and I called at 7. They said yeah we know but we’re closing it’s close enough, awkwardly staring at me. I like the food but the service tonight was poor. A simple answer and saying that they were closed would have been nice.

Other than my girlfriend kept staring at chef or cook with the Aloha hat and suspenders on, who she claims to be the hottest guy she's ever seen in her life. Other than that everything was impeccable. Waitresses were impeccable, don't forget to tip them your bank accounts! For as busy as they were, I watched as the cook and the prepper guy make everyone's food. They had a unsustainable flow as they put customer orders out like no other. Even the dishwasher guy or busser. He came out and went back in so quiet and unnoticable. The employees at that restraunts goodvibes and team work put that place in impeccable setting. I will definetly say what jboog once sed over a millions times, Lets do it again!
The food was really good with the exception that I wanted a spicy poke bowl but they don't make spicy bowls just plain.

We literally just left…. We went in and it started off ok, we were greeted and the girl at the counter told us we could sit anywhere. It wasn’t busy, few filled seats. Someone came in after us. We weren’t sure how the process was so we waited a bit and then proceeded to grab our own menu from the counter as she never approached us and the gentleman who came in after us did the same. Both us and the gentleman were waiting and nothing. Another couple proceeded to come in she told them they could sit wherever. The girl at the counter went to give them a menu and took their drink order, she finally took the drink order of the guy who came in after us and we were still skipped over. Then she started taking the food order of the couple that came in two customers after. Absolutely no service. It says they’re voted Best of 2024 in the PNW, and I guess the food is good. Decided not too wait and find out cause the service obviously is not the best. Bummed out cause we’re from Hawaii and always looking to support people from the islands but didn’t appreciate feeling looked over as a customer.
