The young woman that took our order was polite and professional. The rest of the crew seemed a bit surly. There was one order ahead of us, but the wait was long. Overall they seemed a bit unorganized, and the coffee flavor was weak!

I accidentally forgot to tell the Barista that I wanted iced coffee. Hot coffee has been giving me massive heart burn this pregnancy. She saw that I messed up and offered automatically to make me a new one. She was so sweet and kind through the whole interaction.

I really love this coffee shop — the coffee is great, the atmosphere is cozy, and it’s a spot I keep coming back to. However, the staff can be quite loud at times, which makes it a bit difficult to relax or read. A little more mindfulness about the noise level would really elevate the experience. Still, a solid place overall!

We love this shop but we were way early for our boat to Vashon today so we popped into the drive thru since there were only 2 cars in line. 1st car got 2 drinks the second got 1 drink and we got 2 drink....total wait time 20 min....needless to say here we are watching our boat leave the dock drinking our coffee.

Love AC coffee! Everyone is so friendly, coffee is great and if you have time stop in, the inside is super comfy.

While on vacation in Seattle we found Austin Chase coffee. The staff is very nice, accommodating, and truly interested in the customer. Every morning we started with a coffee and a different pastry. There were regular customers that were there every morning either chatting in a group or working at a table. The regulars were able to refill their coffee while the barista's were busy serving the drive thru customwrs and the customers in the shop. Another cool thing to see is the coffee beans being roasted. Very interesting process to witness live. I would recommend visiting Austin Chase coffee if you are in this part of Seattle to get an authentic coffee shop feeling.

Austin Chase is the epitome of a cafè. From the friendly staff to the cozy feeling of the building you know you are at home as soon as you step in. My personal favorite item is the red bull spritzer but they also make a mean latte and even sandwiches! Austin Chase is the place to go to meet up with friends, do homework or even have a chat with the employees. (They are very friendly) :)

This place is always busy it seems like. Staff are friendly and professional at their job. We are a fan of the quiche.

Poor service and quality - will not return. I was optimistic based on the reviews but left disappointed. Staff did the entire order of the family of four behind us in line that ordered and paid after us, including their sandwiches, before even starting on our drinks. Coffee was bitter and the smoothie lacked flavor. Not worth the wait or the price. Interior was clean and the place had a nice environment, but the lack of coordination among staff made it a unsatisfying experience.

I bought a mocha vente. It was very tasty. Brew on! Tx
