I really enjoyed my simple dark roast coffee. The breakfast sandwich, however, was extremely disappointing as it was microwaved.Seating is nice on Sunday. They even have outlets, which is a plus.

How many girls does it take to make a smoothie? The answer is none because it was made wrong... or four, one to make it and three to stand around watching her make it. Wish they retrained on how to make drinks. I did find it amusing they have a kids drink called kids kreams. The picture of silverdale taken in "about" the 1950's was good fun. All in all, they need to do better making drinks but it's a nice place.

You have found the epitome of a neighborhood coffee shop when you've walked into Austin Chase. From Linda the owner to every barista and all of the customers there is no doubt you're welcome, I have never once felt anything less than warmth here. And did I mention they make the best short, bone-dry cappuccinos here? It has become my go-to favorite and I have been to coffee shops and cafes all over this great land and the world as well. Come by, get a nice beverage of choice and maybe a bite to eat. Sit down, relax and take some time to just enjoy, you won't regret it.
