My only issue is I typically dont like order at the counter type places. When I go out I typically like and seat serve. Food was good, service was attentive and friendly. Menu is gluten friendly

Just popped in for a quick drink and Jessica helped us. I do believe she is a supervisor but am not sure. If she isn't she should be. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful experience!

Not a great place to bring kids. They make you order first, especially if you have kids you have to either close out your tab and start a new one if you want drinks, it gets even more complicated. If they don’t like having people under 21 why not just make it a 21 and over place.

It was such a great experience! Every worker and manager was perfect. My only complaint is that my burger was burnt to all hell so i sent it back (manager was very jice about it) replaced entire burger because i ate half and decided to take it home and it is worse then i got it the first time..

I wish there was a Blazin Onion near me. I stopped in on my way to go spend the weekend with my sisters cause I remember how much I liked the old Tacoma location. I tried the new cheese crusted chicken bacon ranch sammie (right...?). It looked better irl than the photo and it was delicious. And omg the fries were so good, too! I wish I could remember my server's name (Kyle...?) but he was very good. Polite, quick service, friendly -without being intrusive. And he makes an excellent lemon drop on the rocks. ; )

Went for lunch yesterday and had terrible service. The blond bartender was our server and completely ignored us. We both ordered grilled cheese w/fries. Fries were hot but the grilled cheese was cold. Cheese was already set up when they served it. Nothing worse than a cold grilled cheese. We didn't see our waitress again until she slammed our checks on the table. Do better lady!

We found a live beetle in our food. The server offered a new salad or fries, but I was not interested. At other establishments, the manager would have come over to at least apologize. But that didn't happen. I feel this place has really gone downhill in recent years. This was our last visit.

These burgers ... they make me wanna slap somebody ... I get emotional about it. And the sweet potato fries are perfect - mostly soggy, melt in your mouth like butter, but a few crisp ends too. This spot can give Houston burgers and sweet potato fries a run for their money -- and that is not said lightly - do you hear me? Oh -- and one more thing - a full Blazing Onion burger is a lot of food, and their sliders -- each one is bigger than most fast food burgers these days. (yuck!) They are hearty, juicy, ok ... someone stop me.

The bean burger is really good!!! I normally don't do bean burgers because they are lacking in flavor. Not here is was full of flavor and spices, really Good.

Food was literally amazing, the Firecracker Sandwhich was amazing. The fries were so good too, our server was really nice, it was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Omg I could not believe it. We ate at the restaurant in gig harbor and the chili dog was humongous. I also had fries. We ate in silverdale and the hot dog was significantly smaller so I was still hungry. I went and asked for just a plain cheeseburger and thought I was hearing wrong when I heard 18.00 and some change. This is for a 1/3 Patty and one piece of cheese on a bun. By itself. Wow!! But yet they have the nerve to ask for a tip on the screen when they are just doing there job. I do tip well just the same because I know the fat cat sitting in the Bahamas having a drink is to blame!! Wow, 18.00. Never will I eat here again. And I have a family of 9. Funny thing, after spending 175.00 fir 9 people nobody was full. So sad
