Great experience. Fun toppings they serve you so it's much more sanitary. Good flavor options

This place used to be fantastic. It was a haven for yogurt lovers who wanted full control over their creations. Whether you wanted one chocolate chip, two gummy bears, and a heaping scoop of coconut, or just a minimalist swirl with a touch of granola, you could have it your way. But those days are gone. Now, you ask for a few raspberries, and you’re handed a mountain. You say, "just a sprinkle of M&Ms," and suddenly, you’re staring at a $22 yogurt cup. Sound exaggerated? It’s not. That’s exactly what happened to me.

Other successful frozen yogurt chains like Menchies, FroYo, and CherryBerry have mastered the self-serve model. Customers weigh their yogurt and toppings, pay accordingly, and everyone leaves happy. Yes, self-serve systems involve challenges like waste and cross-contamination, but these issues are manageable. Buffets, for example, handle similar concerns by implementing clear protocols, and they build the occasional waste into their pricing structure. If they can manage it, why can’t we?

If the concern is truly about cross-contamination, why is it acceptable for customers to use the yogurt dispensing machines freely, yet not the toppings bar? People could sneeze on the stack of empty yogurt cups or swipe their fingers across the dispensing portion of the yogurt machine just as well as they could cough on the tub of gummy bears. Again, buffets all across America navigate the cross contamination issue successfully and so could Blueberry's.

If the concern is truly about waste, then why are customers (even children) allowed to control the taps on the yogurt machines? A few years ago, I saw an overly excited child grab a cup and pull the handle without properly aligning the cup- only to see the machine dump an enormous amount of yogurt onto machine (missing the cup). Waste is part of any food service business and is always built into the cost. Just ask a bakery how they account for day old pastries or a restaurant how the accounting works for burned/spoiled food.

Labor is being spent when workers scoop the toppings for us. Is that cost not equivalent to the rare dropped gummy bear or misplaced sprinkle? And let’s be honest—are workers immune to accidents? A misplaced gummy bear from an employee’s hand could just as easily end up in the wrong bin.

By reintroducing the self-serve model, you’d not only restore the fun and freedom customers love, but you’d also align with a proven business model that works. It’s time to bring back self-serve and let customers craft their perfect yogurt creations once again.

Blu Berry Yogurt serves a fabulous product along with a large amount of great customer service and generosity. The Pacific Piranhas Swim Team held a "takeover" to raise funds for our team. Veronica and her staff made the event very easy and streamlined. They are a very community minded business and appreciate their wonderful spirit of giving!

I go in about 3 to 4 times a month and the service is awesome. The girls are always friendly with a smile but today is the first time anyone ever told me about the military discount. That means so much to me and I will be coming in more often to get my yummy pineapple. Thank you Peyton, you are exceptional.

I loved the experience I had at Bluberry ! I brought my kids in after their baseball game to have a sweet treat to celebrate their win, they loved it! The staff was incredible and the only downside I noticed was that we can not tip them.. They do all of the toppings for you with the biggest smile and I would like to show my appreciation for them. I talked to some other people who have also been to Bluberry and they feel the same way! Why does everywhere else tip except them??! Overall, great experience and would like to come back to a tipping option implemented...

For the love of God seriously please please don't ever get rid of the horchata gelato flavor you will make so much money off of me .Or until I figure out how to do it myself which I'm already attempting by the way, but until then the horchata flavor deserves to be a permanent staple . I'm not speaking for myself here, I'm speaking for the community; the culture, ya know?

Froyo and toppings are great. However, it is absolutely ridiculous that someone has to do the toppings FOR YOU. You should be able to select and get your toppings BY YOURSELF. Not only does their process of having THEM get your toppings TAKE LONGER but it makes you feel less inclined to get a certain amount or not as many because they have to do it. Should be changed immediately. Makes me not want to eat there again because I can’t get my toppings myself.

I have no idea how some rate this place so poorly. However, pay no attention to them! This place is great! I've come here alot over the years and never have had any issue. I like that the toppings bar isn't self-service anymore, it cuts down on the mess that other people make and then leave, so this method makes perfect sense! If you want more toppings, they'll do it happily! Just ask! And over $15 for 2 people? That's not bad at all... I spent $11ish for two just the other day, and I went crazy with my cup!

Great value for what you get! I'll always come here over DQ or Cold Stone!
