I had such a great experience at Burger King on Sunday, went for a late lunch and the food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. But what really made my visit stand out was the amazing drive-thru service. There was a young blonde girl working at the window, and she was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with a big smile, was super friendly, and made sure everything was perfect before handing me my order. It's rare to get that kind of genuine, upbeat service these days, and it honestly made my whole day better. Huge shoutout to her, i’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The staff here has improved Immensely compared to the past 5 years staff where I Always had an issue with either the food I ordered not being in bag or rude customer service but currently they have a fantastic team there way to go! Thank u and finally lol

Ordered a whopper with cheese no pickle no tomatoes and got one with no cheese and I had also had a dr pepper on my order and got some sort of cola not happy at all.

I ordered delivery a meal,Hershey pie and a large frozen coke my food came to me ice cold hersey pie was melted and instead of a frozen coke I rec'd a soda that tasted like it was a mix of coke and god knows what else I tried contacting them NO ANSWER on phone or online Silverdale burger king has horrible costumer service and their attitudes all suck not to mention the food this isn't the first time they food and service sucked ass but for me it's the last time trust me don't waste your money on this place

Ordered a kids meal for my daughter and some burgers and chicken fries for the rest of the family. They only put fries and a toy in my daughters bag. Needless to say the kids don't matter at BK.
