On 12/6/2024 I placed an order for a Double Whopper Meal. Order #72. When I inspected the bag it appeared as if I had the right order.. The order i got was wrong. It was a single whopper which I found out when I got home. To make matters worst, there was no effort to fix the mistake. I contacted the store and the staff showed zero accountability or effort to make things right. It's outrageous that a well-known chain operates with such poor customer service and disregard for fairness. It feels like they outright stole my money. This is not just about the money; its about principle and respect for customers. I've always enjoyed Burger King in the past, but this experience has made me question if I'll ever return. Buyer beware.

I’m not one to make bad reviews but they got me on a bad day. Just went through there about an hour ago and was starving and exhausted. I got home to find my chicken fries were stale amd cold and my burger was cold and I only live 9 min down the road. They even had me sit and wait for my order out front so I thought it was going to be hot and fresh and the only thing that was fresh was the Mac and cheese bites I waited for lol. I didn’t even eat the burger cause no clue how long it had been sitting and didn’t want to risk it. Now I am still hungry and grumpy. Boo hiss.

Went through the drive through and we got a whopper meal and a impossible burger as well as a 12 piece mozzarella stick total was $36 and some change then made it about 15 minutes away and realized that the mozzarella sticks were not in the bag so I made the decision to go back and get what I paid for and ask for a compensation of a another 12 pc so the manager “Chris” says he can offer a 4 pc because that’s store policy. Their store policy should be to give you what you pay for the first time. This is probably the last time we will go to this particular Burger King we are very disappointed in the service and how the manager responded to the initial bad service.
This used to be my go to in Silverdale, after today, no more! My food was way off, so much mayo it was dripping out in clumps. Gross! Fries were smothered in salt. The entire meal was inedible, tossed it. Curious as to why, I called because maybe they had someone new working they could course correct so they don't cause someone a HEART ATTACK with all that salt! I told her my experience and she said, nothing! she couldn't even muster an apology! Plus, the drive-thru area needs a good bath. Please teach your employees some customer service. Thank you.

We arrived here on foot after the lobby had closed (we were staying at a hotel up the road). When we approached the doors and found them locked, we prepared to walk up the road a lot further, when they opened the doors, and made a way to accommodate us. After a long day traveling, the kindness we experienced here was surprising and refreshing. Keep up the great work!
