I love Chipotle and have never had an issue at any of their locations…except for today. One of my favorite things is the guacamole (I always get a side…and sometimes extra to go). But the “guacamole” I got today was merely mashed avocado. It was not seasoned at all, and I found one tiny sliver of red onion). I had to go to the counter and ask them for salt (told them about the taste and got no response). Quite disappointed.

Dirty place. Cold food. The meat options that were available were poorly prepared. My proportions were awful, making my burrito a terrible sloppy cylinder of shame and disgrace. Take the trash out and clean up your uniforms. Every single one of the workers had stains on their shirts. CLEAN YOUR TABLES AFTER PEOPLE FINISH.. 70% of the tables had spare mystery liquid or wrappers and food scraps distrubuted on their surfaces. I was pracically kicking debris of fallen tortilla chips and white straw wrappers on my way out.
Never eating here again.

I was craving a burrito. So I went in, the music was loud. So it was hard to hear the employees and what they were saying. I asked for a chicken burrito. I was told it was going to be a 4 min wait for the chicken. I said no problem. So I asked if I can do a half and half instead of just chicken while im waiting. They said ok. So I asked for carnitas. They must not have heard me. Due to the volume of the music. Thy put a little bit of carnitas and wrapped the burrito and moved it to the cashier. Since I wasnt charged for two protiens I let it go because I have always wanted to try them. The burrito was extremely small for the price, and the portions were incredibly small. Normally I have had great experience here. But I get better overall experience from food, etc at the Poulsbo location. I probably will not return to this location.

Haven't had Chipotle for a few months. Was in the Plaza getting some other things so decided to grab some lunch. We'll that was a terrible decision. Ordered a carne Asada bowl with black beans, white rice, cheese, and lettuce. I have been on the toilet for the past 4hrs and my stomach is in severe pain.

This is genuinely consistently the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I don’t know who is making the staffing decisions, but it’s a disaster. There is always a line out the door, with literally only one person making bowls/burritos for dine in. Some employees are cooking in the back or doing
To go but the others just stand around. Someone in line in front of me complained to the workers and they literally laughed at her.

I haven’t eaten chipotle in years but my coworker suggested it tonight and it was actually pretty good. Staff was nice, service was fast. The food isn’t really hot it’s like warm at best and the drink area isn’t very clean but there’s not much else open late around here. She recommended I eat it with Doritos and that really made it much better!

Sorry but this location is the worst Ive ever been to. The manager was extremely rude as well. I asked when she is normally there so I can never encounter her again. But even then, I refuse to go back.

I ordered in the chipotle app and this location plops whatever they want into the bag and says good luck.

The prefer wasn’t the correct meat or ingredients at all. Far from the only time this has happened here. CLEARLY, this store was SO focused on the catering order they were kissing up to that they stopped caring about every other order during that time.

Aug 2025 update-

I can’t reiterate how often this location is completely unreliable. The food is wrong, not cooked right (half raw meat), or missing orders. I’m deleting the chipotle app and demanding full refund. Do not go to this store. This SHOULD be a great location, the community is here but this location does not show up at all.
