We had a great time. Looking forward to more specials they have. We went on a homeschool day and the prices were amazing and the staff was great.

Our experience the night of April 4, 2024 was very disappointing. We ordered a large pizza with 4 drinks and a salad bar for one adult with a gluten allergy. After 45 minutes I inquired about the pizza only to find our order had not been received in the kitchen, and I had never gotten a receipt for the $70 I spent. With 2 small children, waiting 45 minutes for a pizza and that never got turned in was disappointing. When the adult with a salad bar went back to ask for another plate, she was told “you have to pay for that!” The lettuce had brown water dripping from it.A lot of the games weren’t working properly. I think an employee should have been working the floor. When the children went to get their prizes, they changed employees mid transaction so that 2 employees could go on break and smoke outside together. This left one person working the front, and she was confused as to where we were in our transaction and rightfully so. I will be visiting the area again in the summer, but we will not be visiting Chuck E Cheese.

This location needs to be remodeled, they need a new staff, and a serious deep cleaning. The pizza was decent but the salad bar looked scary, we didn't go near it. The employees do not value customer service and were really rude and inconsiderate. The prices have increased significantly that I can no longer over look a dirty bathroom and excuse it. I would give zero stars if I could. Do better.

The churros has got to the worst thing they have there. It was dry and hard. Had some people actually spit those out at the party. The pizzas and chicken were not that bad. It’s sad that there’s less games that kids can play with too. It’s the only kid’s place in town unfortunately.

Very disappointed in the party I attended today. Chuck E cheese used to be such a magical place when I was a kid.All the staff had very low energy and everyone was very disorganized. Communication was minimal between the staff and the lady who purchased the ultimate party package. Grouping all the parties at once just made for very awkward moments. The pizza and dippin dots were so unsatisfying that most of the kids threw away the majority of their food. An employee was so irritated that someone used a water cup for soda that she rushed over removed the pitcher from the table and in a huffy tone announced that she would "just fill it with water herself." Just overall bad experince. Go to Quarters in Bremerton, support local businessesKid-friendliness: The games are the only kid friendly part about this place

We come here about once a month or every other month and it’s fantastic everytime! The staff is always super nice and helpful! My daughter is (almost) 2 so she doesn’t really like the games other than the little Barney and Chuck e ride and doesn’t really understand the prizes but the manager allowed her to use our points we have been saving up for a Chuck E. Cheese doll and she loves it!We were there today and the only people in the entire place and they still made time to bring Chuck E. out and dance with my daughter. Love coming to Chuck E Cheese in Silverdale!

I was just there for a birthday party. Service was on point and the food was good. I knock the atmosphere for a couple workers body odor. It's terrible to say, I know. But, there was less time enjoying festivities when you have to keep yourself from breathing. My nephew had a great time and I'll plug my nose anytime to see him smile.

It was small. The pizza was just under burnt and the crust was very thin. However, the employees were nice and friendly and made sure we had everyone when we left. My son loved that he got points and got to spend them on little toys. I wasn't able to reserve a table because we didn't have enough kids in our party and I don't think that's cool so I probably won't try to do birthday parties there anymore but it's definitely a fun place to go hang out and let the kids have a good time.

We had a private party for my autistic grandson. Lights and sounds were lowered and it was before the regular opening so it was only our family and friends. Service was fantastic. The manager went above and beyond to make this 2-hour party perfect for our 7 year old.

This place is so much fun for the kids, lots of games to play and earn tickets to trade in for prizes. Very popular for birthday parties. I used to enjoy going here as a kid and taking my kids. Pizza was subpar and tasted like frozen pizza. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Plenty of parking available. Other than the food I wish I was a kid again so I could look forward to going here again as my kids are grown now and have their own children. Definitely a worth while spot to go to for family get togethers for those who have kids who get bored as there's a lot of things to occupy the little ones while the adults talk and reminisce.Parking: Plenty of free parking in lot shared by other businessesKid-friendliness: Lots of activities for children

very poor customer service. very over priced. lots of odd workers. the food was bad and could have been more seasoned and cooked. the french fries tastes like cut up potatoes. you have to go get the food from the counter yourself, which they used to serve it at your table for you. the place overall was very quiet and didn't have as much games as a few years ago. we have to buy the cards now for a fee of $1 each.

This is a small Chuck E Cheese with very few games and some of those weren't working. Kids still had fun but I was underwhelmed. So expensive for practically nothing.

My nephews birthday party has been reserved for months, last night he cried himself to sleep because his mom was called at 7pm and told that she missed her reservation that was for Friday the 9th. Today is Saturday the the 9th and they refused to let him have his party today. She would’ve never scheduled his party for a week day as he is in school. This was his birthday present. He’s heart broken and they took the money and didn’t even try to make it right
