Chung's Teriyaki

Always stunningly delicious food, the spring rolls and shrimp Hong Kong Noodles rock! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and they work very efficiently. Sometimes the wait is a little long if you opt for drive-thru, but only because they're competing with fast food places that are pushing out good that's frozen and premade, so I'll always choose Chung's over the alternative when given the option. They're also very consistent as far as the flavors and food quality, which is more challenging when actually cooking the food to order versus standard fast food options, so Chung's really does rock their competition!

Food has gone downhill, and prices have not. Great and friendly staff. Asking for tips in a drive-through should not be a norm.

Pho steak and brisket is so tasty. The broth is smooth.
Others had chicken teriyaki and Hong Kong noodles. No complaints here! Always a good place to go when no one is sure what they want to eat.

Barely could here person working drive through, and was given attitude at pick up window. Service and food quality have been declining for the last couple years.

I recommend the eggroll, and shrimp springrolll and the combination pho.. yummm, the sandwhiches are pretty good too.

We have been customer FOREVER.
A few months ago, Hubby order through the Dive-thru, and when he got home found it was the wrong order. Called Chungs and they said to come back in and they would make it right. When he did, he ordered the same thing and Chungs said "Okay, we will just make you pay for HALF".
Then today when I placed a "To Go" order I questioned the POSTED price on the website and what was being charged. They said they would look In to it. When I got to the store, I was told that the Manager said "Online prices haven't updated yet. Then I noticed that the Electronic Menu in the Lobby said the same price as online, NOT what I was being charged. I asked to speak to the manager. After a few minutes I was told that the Manager wasn't in.
The food is great, but I'm a little tired of Chungs not making things RIGHT for the Customer. We live 30 minutes away, and often get food there once every two weeks. That is probably not going to happen any longer.

No one ever posts their half eaten food! Chung’s teriyaki is phenomenal! Quick service, great staff and a good amount of delicious food at a reasonable price (approx $15)
Go on! Give ‘em a try. You won’t be sorry.

Parking: It’s a regular parking lot you’d find at any drive through.

Wheelchair accessibility: Chung’s Teriyaki is able to accommodate all customers with wheelchair accessible parking as well entry.

Just went through the drive-thru and got the 1/2 order of Teriyaki Chicken. The veggies were as good as ever, and the chicken- and especially the sauce - was much improved since the last time I had it. Good on ya, Chung's.

Food was really good and server was very attentive. We ate there Sunday afternoon. Thanks.
