We went there to order carry out we were there about 45 mins, and after asking 2x how long it would be, finally got an answer and then they didn't tell us that the dips for the dessert we ordered cost more, most managers or even staff after making us wait far longer than any delivery pizza would let alone carry out (they processed the door dash orders before ours and we were there before they even showed up on screen.) anyways normally they would offer the dips at least for free, no this female was short with us and quite rude actually . Like she was holier than thou even though my friend spent like 75 bucks and it wasnt much food honestly and it was only one pizza at that lol ...

Service was great. Greeted by staff when I came into the restaurant. That’s doesn’t usually happen in an American restaurant. Food was hot and delicious but I think the New York style pizza crust was a bit thick to fold it. Nonetheless it’s pretty darn good pizza and loaded with toppings.

Ordered five large pizzas for a gathering and due to my own error scheduled the pizzas incorrectly for pickup time. I called the store and the staff and manager were beyond helpful getting the issue corrected. Will definitely be choosing this Domino's for future orders!!!

I normally go to the Port Orchard store amd never had any problems. I came to the silverdale store and my pizza was super thin for hand tossed and the 5 cheese mac was less than half full and burnt, totally inexcusable... Will not be going back....

Ordered two pizzas and one 8-piece wings. The first pizza was excellent and the wings were fantastic, but the second, gluten free pizza was a miss. The order, which was correct on the receipt, asked for extra sauce and light cheese. I think someone got the two majorly mixed up because the cheese was heavy and the sauce was barely there. The feta cheese was also burnt and dry along with the pizza barely being cut enough to tear apart. Two out of three isn't bad, but the miss on the last item's quality was severely disappointing.
When we place orders, they still don't provide water to drink . We gotta buy water . Water is not free when we buy food
