Farrelli's Pizza

It was our first to Farelli's Pizza. It did not disappoint! We built our own pizza with meatballs, pepperoni, bacon, onions olives and mushrooms. It was DELICIOUS!! The crust was buttery with just the right amount of crisp. The toppings were fresh and generous. We had the apple crisp for dessert. It was yummy with right amount of cinnamon and caramel. The service was spot-on. Our server was friendly and efficient. We have a new favorite pizza joint!! We couldn't help ourselves, we had to try it before I took the picture.!!

The pizza here tastes like the pizza did when I was a kid. The atmosphere in the bar is relaxed but fun. Only neg, IMO the pizza could be hotter whenit is served. Not a show stopper, come eat here!

We had very disappointing dining experience at Farrelli's

We were seated and ordered dinner. Lasagna for me and a gluten-free deluxe pizza for my husband. After waiting approximately 35 minutes, we noticed that three couples who were seated after us all received their food before we did. Our waitress stopped by only once and told us the delay was due to the lasagna.

When our food finally arrived, it was dropped off quickly with no check-in or offer of fresh grated cheese, which we observed being offered to every other table around us. My husband’s pizza had almost no cheese just a silver dollar sized spot in the center. We had to locate a waitress ourselves to ask about it. We were told the pizza did have cheese and that 3 oz is the standard amount, but it was very clear that something was wrong. She did offer to have it remade with extra cheese.

Unfortunately, the experience continued to decline. My lasagna was extremely small and not good in qualitY. One noodle the filling and one noodle on top. I am not a big eater and prefer quality over quantity, but this had neither. By the time I finished eating, the replacement pizza had still not arrived.

We eventually got up to pay so my husband could leave and find something to eat elsewhere. As we passed the kitchen, we overheard the waitress speaking with the manager about the missing pizza. By the time we left, we had been at the restaurant for an hour and a half. The pizza was removed from our bill, and while the manager did apologize and offer a gift certificate, I declined because I felt that more could have been done during our visit to make things right.

All we wanted was to enjoy a nice dinner out. I am still unclear why we seemed to be treated differently than other couples and why it was so difficult to simply receive a pizza at a pizza restaurant.

The customer service was amazing and I appreciate all they did to fix an issue we had with doordash. I would say if you’re looking to try Farrellis definitely go in the experience is amazing and the staff is as well. Also the pizza is amazing, i am not a pizza person but if you tell me we are going here i am all in. And their desserts are so yum!

My husband and I had dinner here when the kitchen was really backed up cause they had so many orders and they were very kind and offered us salads while we waited for our food and when it took a little longer than expected they compt our meal and still provided amazing service with great food when we got it.

I'm telling you it's the best Mac and cheese I've ever had and a huge portion for the price. It's like my mother made it. Fantastic service while have a great modern yet rustic atmosphere with dimmed lights

Great service. Great Pizza. Love the crust. My lady loves it here. We have done many casual date nights here. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely come and check out Farrelli's. It's a very comfortable feel inside.

I came in to Farrelli’s with my three year old on a Saturday. The service was great from start to the end, and the pizza absolutely did not disappoint. Kept it simple with a pepperoni pizza, the dough was light and crisp on the bottom with the right amount of ingredients. I would recommend and come back myself.
