Been going here for YEARS and the quality of both the food and the service has been nothing but fantastic every time. Prefect for any occasion or just a nice lunch with good friends.
This was the worst meal and the worst experience we have ever had at Fujiyama. The last couple times we have noticed a decline in the quality, but this was so bad we could not even eat our food. First the salad had no lettuce..it was purely cabbage and carrots. The cook did everything backwards so the meat was served before the rice. The rice had absolutely no flavor, she did not put the regular ingredients in it so it was literally plain rice. The vegetables were hard enough...
Service was excellent from hostess to chef Kye. The food was excellent. The taste of the food was more flavorful than any other hibachi restaurant we visited in WA. The portion size was better than other locations. The interaction & skill of the chef was amazing. Overall our total experience was outstanding and we are only visiting for the weekend, however we would consider driving the 2 hrs to make this our main hibachi restaurant over all the others near us due to our experience...
