My husband and I visited this restaurant on 5/10/25 for brunch. We were well received and seated. A lovely young lady (Samantha L) took our order. After she walked away I realized something was wrong with my Pandora bracelet. I released the lock and in the process I lost one of the charms that my husband had just gotten me for Mother's Day. The charm rolled off the seat in between the booth bench and the wall and fell all the way down into a crevice under the bench. We reached out for assistance from the manager. His name is Steve Miller. Mr Miller attempted to retrieve the wedged charm but was unsuccessful. He advised us that when he had a chance, he would get his tools and search for the charm. Since it would be later when the restaurant was less busy, he asked for my name & phone number to call when he found it. We said thank you and our food arrived.
The food was hot and we got exactly what we ordered. The portions were more than enough and the flavors were on point. We received excellent quality service. The restaurant was semi busy but quiet. Clean tables, clean floors and a great atmosphere.
Mr. Miller assured us again that he would look for my charm. We paid our bill and left wondering if the charm would be found. We headed home and half way there Mr Miller called and said he had retrieved the charm. We were elated and turned around and came back.
The staff at this restaurant were kind and sympathetic with us during this experience. Mr. Miller went above & beyond to find my charm and made my Mother's Day! We are so very happy with the outcome and their willingness to help. They deserve and got a 5 star rating from us. If I could give a higher rating I would! Thank you so very much Mr. Miller & staff, you ROCK!

Shrinkflation strikes again. Leaving hungry at 25 bucks a pop for each person. Bacon is bite sized. Hashbrowns I can down in 4 bites easy. Bowling Alley is the economical choice in comparison.

I am responsible for my station in life; that is clear to me now. I didn’t have to eat here, but I chose to. I didn’t have to order the Eggs Benedict, but I chose it. I didn’t have to send back the overcooked eggs, but I did. I didn’t have to eat the undercooked eggs that returned or the hollandaise sauce that split because it had been out too long, but I did. I chose to do all those things.
And, as I reflected about this experience a few hours later in my bathroom, it finally hit me: I am where I am in life solely because of the decisions I make! I didn't have to skip class, but I chose to. I didn't have to rely on the pull-out method, but I chose to. I didn't have to go swimming with the sharks, but I chose to. If I want a better life situation, all I have to do is choose to live it!
So, now I do! Now I choose to work on my writing in my spare time. Now I choose to spend more time with my children. Now I choose to exercise everyday. Now I choose healthy food that makes me feel good. Now I choose happiness. Thanks IHOP 10/10, would never do again.

We waited a long time for our orders. Mine was ok but my husband got weirdly shaped pancakes like whoever cooked it seemed like he/she didn't feel like cooking that day. The pancakes were flat and squished in some areas. It was a lame experience.
