Sam was exceptional. It was late and busy. Not sure how many people inside. He was calm and collected when we had a late add on. I really appreciate him not making us feel bad and just being nice over all in a stressful situation

I have always been a jb fan but I will not go there again. I can’t believe I paid 17 for a flat sourdough jack rings and sprite. The service here is always hit or miss But the prices are outrageous and they only keep going up. I’m sorry but for that money I’m dining at a full restaurant. I can’t believe the prices anymore. Almost 10 for a large milk shake. Heck no no way. So I’m sorry jack in box but your food is subpar for The prices I’m done

Over priced, only 7 soft drinks to choose from the drink machine has been near empty for At least 2weeks. Idk how they stay open food is tasteless and so expensive.

Prices way too high for subpar food...register girl tried to upsell deal meal, doubled the price...rude when I reversed it...not paying 14 dollars for a 4.99 meal, honey!

Sad to say, there were only 2 overburden teenagers on staff, unable to serve walking, 30 min wait drive thru. Not fair to those workers trying to hold it together alone, totally stressed out. Something is wrong w management or owner. Location should be shut down if they cannot get staff. We all walked out on being informed it wd be at least a 30 min wait.
