Prices way too high for subpar food...register girl tried to upsell deal meal, doubled the price...rude when I reversed it...not paying 14 dollars for a 4.99 meal, honey!

Sad to say, there were only 2 overburden teenagers on staff, unable to serve walking, 30 min wait drive thru. Not fair to those workers trying to hold it together alone, totally stressed out. Something is wrong w management or owner. Location should be shut down if they cannot get staff. We all walked out on being informed it wd be at least a 30 min wait.

I know this review is gonna be a bit overkill, but I am truly not sure how this jack in the box struggled with my order so much.. I pulled up to the drive thru and said “I would like an ultimate cheeseburger combo, size large, with curly fries and a coke” the woman on the speaker said “bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo?” I said “no, just the normal ultimate cheeseburger combo” to which she said with attitude “yeah, so the bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo”… the BACON ultimate cheeseburger and the Ultimate Cheeseburger are not the same thing.. at that point I just said whatever and pulled up to the window.. when I got to the window, the kid at the window (who was different and nicer that the person who originally took my order) asked me to repeat my order AGAIN… so I told him “ultimate cheeseburger combo, size large, with curly fries and a coke” he put my order in and as I was waiting, I could hear the employees in the kitchen STILL asking what my order was and the nice kid repeated my order to them.. I got my food and went home and when I got home, guess what… a BACON ultimate cheeseburger was in my bag, and not the regular ultimate cheeseburger.. like, not the end of the world, but after repeating myself 3 times AND one of the employees repeating my order once as well, it’s just kind of nuts that it would still be wrong.

Everytime I order a sourdough jack, it's always missing something, usually the tomatoe. Also when I pay in cash I don't get my change. Lol. Dam, Silverdale jack in the box.... Y'all suck so bad. And to add to it, it's expensive as a burger from a sit down restaurant.

We came to order tonight and went through the drive thru. There was clearly only two workers overwhelmed, and they parked every car in the drive thru. Running around unable to keep orders straight. We only received half of our order after waiting 15 minutes, and were unable to even speak to one of the employees due to how busy it was. Wonderful to pay for over $40 worth of food and not even get $20 worth. Avoid if possible. I don’t blame the two poor souls working tonight, but I do see a lack of management support.
Was in drive through and wanted to order shake the lady I think her name was Mandy was very rude said we don’t have shakes and said if I would read the menu I would know that I just drove away I don’t recommend anyone going to drive through on a Sunday I will never again go and I decently will be calling Joey Myeres

So me and my husband came friday night and due to a power outage our mobile order could not be fulfilled. we came back today two days later to see if we could get the food today instead of doing a refund. the team went ABOVE and beyond to make it and then some. special shout out to Mandy! She was sooo nice, we spoke to her on the phone before coming in and she was just awesome! this is my favorite jack in the box and the team is always so amazing! Great job yall!

Order #432 at 10:40 am. Ordered $5 breakfast meal, bacon sandwich no cheese, hash browns and French bread sticks, dine in.
Received sandwich in a to go sack, after about 20 mins had to ask for my hash browns and French bread sticks. Took about 5 mins to do sticks as they hadn’t been cooked, hash brown must have got near French fries as last couple of bites were extremely salty. Sticks and hash browns were only luke warm by the time they called me up. Sandwich bun was dry like it had been sitting out for a while.
