Highly recommend Jersey, Mike Subs if you have allergy concerns. I asked for gluten free bread and an elimination of a certain meat on the Italian Sub and the person working the meat and cheese cutter took the time to completely wipe down the cutter and wipe down the entire workstation in front of the customer line. I did not expect to be treated so respectfully as a person with allergy concerns. I don't go out to eat often because of allergies but now I know I can safely get a sandwich at Jersey Mike's Subs. And bonus, everyone who works there is professional, friendly and delightful.

Ill give 0 stars if there was,Very rude service, I bought a sandwich about 8:10pm the lady behind the counter made my sandwich was mad , no smile or greeting..rather handling the sandwich to me she threw it almost fell on floor..if she dont like working there why she being rude to customers?? I used to go there once a week, now ill never go back..

The quality of food is great and I’ve always had great experiences when I go in and order, but online ordering is ridiculous. They consistently pack up the cold sandwiches and leave out the hot sandwiches while they’re still cooking. At this point, it’s happened at least 5 times. They’re always apologetic and get us our sandwiches, but it’s insanely inconvenient to get all the way home and realize. After the third time this happened, we learned our lesson and started checking in the store because they do it every single time. Always make sure that you check if you’re picking a mobile order up.

The place is good and clean. Customer service was good... The food on the other hand was COMPLETELY wrong. My husband picked us up 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and when he got home and we opened the sandwich we had a long uncut... Chicken cheese sandwich. :( luckily we had all the other ingredients in the fridge to fix it at home but we shouldn't have to after spending $30 on 2 sandwiches.

Efficiently run Jersey Mikes with well-done sandwiches. Definitely above-average service and quality for those we have visited around the country. Pictured is half my Regular #55. For cold sandwiches, the rosemary parm bread is our favorite.

Fresh food and Great taste

They are cranking out the sandwiches at this place. They were so busy it was stressing me out, but they seemed to be handling it like it was nothing. I had 2 sandwiches with special instructions and they got it right despite the tickets constantly printing from online orders.

1st trip here ever and 1st time trying tuna from anywhere but my kitchen
And now I feel stupid that I never came here and wasted money on subway. I love how they have a grilling station for meats that need to be cooked, they cut everyone's cheese and meat fresh and their bacon is cooked perfectly and I'm a bacon snob. They were busy when I arrived but the workers worked pretty fast. I got tuna with provolone, bacon lettuce, onion tomatoes, and salt and pepper. I never had my tuna with anything but pickles and onion, this sandwich was mind-blowing
It is messy cause tuna is not dry but I was on a road trip so my bad. Definitely a Jersey Mike girl forever

When I visit Bremerton, I always go to this Jersey Mike's! The staff is pleasant, the store is clean, and there's never a long wait!

I have been going to Jersey’s Mikes for a long time and had always been happy with my food and service until tonight. I was the only person in the store and the person at the counter started out with a bad attitude asking me “do you need something”. I said I would like to order a sandwich. She began cleaning the slicer and the counters with a towel that had been already used with her gloves on and instead of changing her gloves she starts making my sandwich with the dirty gloves that she wore the entire time she was cleaning. Basically drowns the sandwich in oil and wraps it up to ring me out. I told her that it was really disgusting that she didn’t change her gloves before making my sandwich and that I would pay for it but I would not be eating it so I threw it in the trash can upon exiting. No apology or offering to remake my sandwich just ran to her coworker to tell her what I said . I am highly disappointed that this took place as I frequently ate there in the past. This took place at the Silverdale store.

waited 30 min for a cheese steak even though there were only 4 people in line when I got there. they were out of napkins and the place hadn't been cleaned in awhile, crumbs literally everywhere, including food prep surfaces, counters, tables and floors. also the cashier just told me the price and walked away so I had no idea if my chip card scanned or not.

I came in today at 1:30 for a sandwich during lunch. Everything was going fine until I was paying for the sandwich. While I was paying, I asked the man if he could wrap the 2 half’s separately because I ordered a giant. I plan to try to eat some of it on the way back to work so I don’t waste my entire lunchtime. The guy basically shook his head in disgust, like it was a huge issue to cut the sandwich in half. After that, the girl that was doing the sandwich, pulled out another piece of paper and set it next to it right by the cash register And then proceeded to slide my sandwich from one piece of paper across the counter onto the next piece of paper. This was not on the white cutting board like they normally do. My sandwich was dragged across the counter, where the money is exchanged. Since I wasn’t sure, which half was just dragged across the Dirty counter where I previously saw money laid down I ended up not eating the sandwich. I didn’t wanna cause a Scenes so I took the sandwich but it ended up in the garbage. I really would either like a refund or a replacement that’s uncalled for.

I haven't had them in awhile but everytime i get my wife a sandwich from here they are always careful about the gluten sandwiches which is always a plus
