Overall Rating: 4.5 of 5 (9.5/10) This was our first time ever coming to this cute little (almost) waterfront restaurant. Let me say, we will definitely return. We parked in the back lot, and they also have street parking. Plenty of options. We ordered the captains platter, the cod Baja tacos, and a cup of their clam chowder. We choose to sit outside and it was beautiful out, the seating is shaded, but you feel the warmth and the breeze. It was great! We started with the chowder, had a great flavor, big chunks of clam, amazing. The tacos were next. I barely let my partner try it, I could have eaten like 12 of those Baja tacos. The captains platter had clam strips, fried oyster, fried prawns and a piece of fish (maybe halibut or cod? Not sure) all of the food in the platter was great. It wasn't overly breaded, it was glistening and perfectly seasoned. We did end up going back and ordering the 3 Hawaiian cod tacos. This one was good, but needed a little more in the salsa, would still eat again though. All in all it was roughly $50 bucks, and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Honestly very very disappointed. We just got in from Arizona and l've been hyped as heck to get some Pacific Northwest clam chowder with a bread bowl.
This potion size was astonishingly small. The bowl was the size of my fist and the "chowder" was super super runny. Proper chowder is THICC. My pregnant wife and I were going to share but that wasn't even an option due to the portion size. I went in to ask for a refund because of the potion and watery chowder and they literally refused a refund! They said we could have a gift card or she could add more chowder, I told her I was out of state and that we just wanted our money back and they REFUSED! Why would I want a gift card to a place we are just visiting and even the rest of my family said their food was absolutely mid. The fried fish? Mid. Fish tacos that were skimpy on the meat? Absolutely mid. And to deny a refund is actually crazy. Ambiance? It was hot and loud inside for an empty restraint with no one there

Stopped in to check out this new way of cooking using Kettles. The food was amazing and was impressed with the staff, they were exceptional and price was reasonable. Will stop in again when in Silverdale.

Still really don't understand this place. It's sysco tier food in a prime location, for premium prices. The brew pub down the street has better fish and chips for less money. Not sure how they're still in business.

Nice folks up front. Got the double cod and chips with a cup of clam chowder. Good and tasty fish with a nice fry, nothing drenched in oil. Clam chowder is what you'd expect but it's still good, finished the bowl. They offer military/first responders discounts as well.
Limited parking with indoor and outdoor patio seating so you can choose to order online.
I heard this place is good place to eat a few years ago, and never gotten chance to go until now. Thats why I'm sad. No music, so quiet. At least the lady was friendly, but the fish was no flavor...chips was over cooked even my kids didn't eat. We paid about 100 dollars for 6 people without any drinks...

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Fish was fresh tasting, but a little dry. Chowder was delicious. The place is set up in a takeout fast food style. On the plus side, it did not smell like a fryer when we walked in, which tells me they are keeping things very clean!

I've been here 3X in the last 2 weeks. Kettlefish makes THE BEST fish n chips in the area, hands down! The fish tastes and feels fresh and the batter is light. The fries are delicious as well. Today, I decided to try something new - their shrimp tacos since it's Taco Tuesday. They were PERFECTION. The tortilla, balance of sprinkled veggies, breaded shrimp, the sauce drizzled on top... all of it was so freakin' tasty I couldn't believe it! Seriously, EAT HERE!
