The employees seem overwhelmed because it is so extremely busy there all the time. Rarely do I go in there and there isn't a room full of people waiting to eat in, pick up, or dashers waiting. The atmosphere depends mostly on the unhappy people waiting, so if your reading this review people, bring it back to the old school and visit with other people that are waiting with you and be super friendly to the staff, make them smile and feel appreciated that they are working hard to serve you delicious food that you cannot or just will not make at home for yourself and/or your family! Maybe put some friendly upbeat music in the dining area. Studies show that music lifts spirits and improves productivity in workers.

KFC in Silverdale: A Surprisingly Great Experience! I had a fantastic experience at the Silverdale KFC recently, and I wanted to share it! While I was initially just looking for a quick and easy meal, I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. The chicken, specifically the legs and thighs family pack, was delicious. It was cooked perfectly – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Even better, the service was absolutely amazing! The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we ordered the family pack, she generously gave us two of every sauce we asked for! This was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our meal feel extra special. We had plenty of our favorite dipping sauces to go around! We did have to wait a little while to get the food home, as we weren't all together yet, but it was still warm and delicious by the time we sat down to eat. Everything tasted great, and there was plenty to go around thanks to the extra sauces. Overall, this KFC visit was a real win. The food was good, but the outstanding service, especially the extra sauces, truly made the experience memorable. I'll definitely be back!

I recently visited the KFC in Silverdale, Washington, located at 10575 Silverdale Way. I ordered for the KFC Festive Feast, the chicken was delicious and freshly prepared, living up to KFC’s reputation. The Original Recipe and Extra Crispy options were both flavorful and satisfying. The restaurant is clean and quiet.

So seriously might have ads for your app in the Drive-Thru. You then download the app and realize it is only good for takeout orders. Why have this advertised. Most restaurants have some sort of rewards program but apparently this one does not worry about customer attrition.

I went into this KFC and wait 3-4 mins at the counter before, finally an employee came around the corner and saw me, the lady in front of me , had a cane and was struggling to carry her tray to the table and so I got out of line to help her carry her food safely to her table, not one employee offered to help, she was an elderly disabled woman too, finally when I placed my order, the lady in the back who was filling orders was rolling her eyes at everyone and glaring out in the lobby, I got my food and it was terrible, the chicken was very greasy and stringy.
Today is the last day I consider Silverdale KFC, my favorite place for chicken. Over the last six months, my orders have been wrong seversl time. Order extra crispy, get regular and vise versa. Chicken piecrces have become smaller and dry, loke they had sat overnight. Today I ordered a 12 piece meal, asking for three pieces to be original and the other 9 crispy. Got home and found the entire order to be original, dry and rediculosly small. From here on out, I will drive the extra 7 miles to get my chicken at Popeyes. Their chicken pieces are twice the size as KFC, are always moist and freshly cooked. KFC, you have one less customer.

I came in last night to pick up an order. I sent my daughter inside initially and after about 5 minutes she comes out and says she doesn’t know what going on. And goes further to say the girl upfront has an attitude. So I went inside and the worker CHO was the one with the attitude towards my daughter. So I asked her how much longer and she tells me “it’ll be just a minute.” So I asked her “Why wasn’t that the response given to my daughter?” She gets the order together then throws the bag in my direction. I looked up and told her to get herself together. And she was kissing the drink and she goes to get it by this time another worker steps in cause she can see my facial expression cause I’m still shocked CHO threw the bad towards me cause she was taking forever to get a 2 piece meal together. So the other girl who hands me the drink was really nice. I asked her for CHO’s name and walked out. CHO needs to be daughter customer service cause clearly she has no idea what that means or is. CHO’s performance was terrible and completely out of line.

maybe they’ve gotten a bunch of new careless workers but this place used to actually cater to their customers. i ask for fresh fries every time i go. recently they’ve not been fresh, but when confronted they say “our fries are always coming up fresh” their idea of fresh is made 30 minutes ago. if u really want kfc go to the one in port orchard, they actually give you what you ask for. Also I know how there supposed to taste and feel do to me previously being a fry cook at a kfc in the past just disgusting
