This place puts all the delivery orders in plastic so everything is soggy and wet once you get it, doesnt answer the phone if you try to call to ask a question, and tonight was the fourth time I received none of the sauce I ordered- the fact that this constant let down is my pregnancy craving has made me want to throw myself off a bridge. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible service. Completely missed a whole item , out of ONLY 3 items! By the time I found out, I was already home. I called them to cancel it and wanted me to go all the way back in person just to get the refund even though I still had my receipt. What a disappointment, I’ll never go there again. I’ll just get my chicken at Safeway

The food is fine, for a kfc but the service is lackluster at best. Workers standing or sitting around on their phones, managers not doing anything about it! They don't seem to care about being professional at all. Shame on the management.

Parked here to go to the great Silver City restaurant and the owner came out and yelled at me. I asked him if he had a merit badge for parking enforcement, and he said that it was his property but I am pretty sure he leases it. Also his voice sounded like he was a boy scout. I would know, I'm an Eagle Scout, this guy is probably only a Tenderfoot.
Anyways I moved but I wasn't happy about it. I am sure the food is fine.

I come here all the time but tonight I am extremely disappointed!! I ordered from work and the Uber eats driver dropped off my order. I opened my famous bowl had 4 small little chunks of chicken. I was hungry so I drove over there showed it to the lady and she proceeds to look at me like I'm crazy goes asks the manager how many chicken nuggets come in a famous bowl the manager answers 5. OK cool but the size of the nugget that were in mine were like the bottom of a squished up bag a little bigger than an m&m??? There chicken nuggets are huge. The manager then goes in the back days something very loud I still couldn't hear it everyone starts laughing. She did give me 5 freah nuggets I told her I normally don't bring food back but seriously??? They treated me like I beat their kids or something. I work in customer service and I am appalled at the way I was treated. I actually got embarrassed.bi don't know why cause my order was messed up but definitely won't come back here due to their un professional behavior.

Do not go here unless you want a spider leg in your mouth and the tables were dirty. When I walked past to throw something away the people for the drive thru were relaxing on the wall. Do better.

The employees seem overwhelmed because it is so extremely busy there all the time. Rarely do I go in there and there isn't a room full of people waiting to eat in, pick up, or dashers waiting. The atmosphere depends mostly on the unhappy people waiting, so if your reading this review people, bring it back to the old school and visit with other people that are waiting with you and be super friendly to the staff, make them smile and feel appreciated that they are working hard to serve you delicious food that you cannot or just will not make at home for yourself and/or your family! Maybe put some friendly upbeat music in the dining area. Studies show that music lifts spirits and improves productivity in workers.
