The Resturant screws up our online order and forgot my youngest happy meal. Set my son to the Resturant at 750pm on Sunday. Staff said they would get it squared away, just for him to wait in the car. 15 minutes later he goes to check what is taking so long and they “closed early” and are not answering the door, which is locked. They also ignored him at the drive thru. I hope corporate fixes this mentality on its staff. I have YET to have an order go according to plan from either the silverdale or Bangor, WA location.

Got the wrong order and they said it was my problem to deal with, disappointing that they don't even check to see if the order in the bag is what matches their screen before handing it to you.

I ordered three pieces of chicken strips x 2 boxes via drive-thru, but only discovered one box when I pulled away, so I had to return and go inside. It was inconvenient because there was a long wait at the drive-thru.

I went through the drive thru and the woman wouldn’t stop rushing my order and cutting me off so I didn’t get to order everything I wanted to.

Thank you to the morning drive-thru crew on 10/15 (around 9:15a) for being friendly and welcoming! Also…my order was 100% perfect (egg biscuits with cheese 😋) - y’all were busy and working hard but still smiled and offered a nice experience. Thank you!

Trash app stops working at the worst times. Worked fine in Bremerton the other day, and this is not the first time this has happened at the Silverdale location, so I wonder if it's just the Silverdale location with this issue.
