This location used to be amazing about 2-3 years ago, but it has since gone downhill. Long wait times and constant wrong orders. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a forgotten root beer at curbside pickup before I got frustrated and went inside. Another time I got nothing but cheese on my burger (no patty at all)
For now, I think I will be trying other locations, which is such a shame cuz I really used to like this one, but they must have changed management, staff or something.

The general manager at this location is so mean. I constantly see him barking orders at his crew members, it's disgusting and uncomfortable to watch and be witness to. Be better. You're supposed to be a leader.
The crew members are ALWAYS kind and happy to help make everything positive.

Our food was prepared excellently. The service was quick and they brought our food to our table. The playland was clean. Minus one star because the ice cream machine was broken; I should have checked mcbroken before coming.

The person who handed our receipt, was the most disrespectful person I have met. He was talking a lot of crap when we went to get our food. laughing and being very disrespectful. We could hear all that he was saying as we were handed out food. All we wanted to know was why it took an hour to order and another 20 minutes to pay and get our food.

I would have gave it 4 stars but they stopped serving breakfast early i arrived at 1040 a.m., and they were already serving lunch. I was hoping lunch wasn't served till 11 am, but I was pretty disappointed when I arrived and lunch was being served. Other than that food is great, service was wonderful. And very friendly. Everything else was good.
