Wife went to go get dinner whole staff decided to try and hit on her and took 40 mins just to get food at 8 pm because they all wanted to talk to her rather then do their job. Brought food home and had onions when onions were requested to be removed due to allergy. As well as bugs were all in the burger.
It was too inconvenient for me to walk in at the time and they wouldn’t answer the phone.

This Restaurant was renovated approximately 6 months ago. The whole exterior has been remodeled and the parking lot. It looks amazing.
Entering the store, it was very clean. Bathrooms also very clean and stocked. During this lunch shift the lobby was spotless and while at the counter I observed the grill area was also spotless.
Staff was very warm and friendly. Very attentive and polite. My overall experience which was my first time going inside the restaurant was very positive. My past experience was going through the drive through. That was also positive.
The quality of the food was a 10. It was hot and fresh. I recommend this store to everyone. Kudos to the Management Team. The crew is reflective of them. I was very impressed.

The last couple times I've gone. The Sprite soda had tasted like soda water tried calling nobody answers the phone ever. And there's no answering machine today I went and got a meal they forgot food in my bag. Had to turn around and drive out of my way to fix their mistake

I ordered a double cheeseburger and 10 piece meal from here on 23AUG. The only decent item was the burger. The fries were not salted but hot at least and the chicken nuggets were surprisingly dry. I do understand there is a sign that says they’re understaffed on their lobby door and it seems like it is affecting the quality of the food here.

This mc donalds is rarely open one time, that's one of their biggest problems they have. I normally go to silverdales mc donalds, because there open on time and quality of food is better.

Do the workers at this location just not know how to read an order screen or receipt when preparing an order? Wrong items, missing items, forgetting cheese on wraps, putting onions on multiple sandwiches when we requested none, food isn’t EVEN warm… I could go on. Just save your time and money and go to the nearest McDonald’s off base.

Always takes insanely long and every worker on the driver thru is always asking to repeat the order or getting it wrong completely I drove off last week with the wrong order even though on the receipt it was correct
They should really change their weekend hours, they’re supposed to order at 6 but are constant late to open

The lady at the drive-through was incompetent. I get it. It’s just McDonald’s but also if you have someone who can’t understand what you’re saying at the window then why are they there talking to people. I then ordered curbside and have now been waiting for 25+ minutes and no one has come out.
