There ice cream machine never works. every time i want to get ice cream. IT. NO. WORK. make me angy… if they dont get me my ice cream ill get it myself… food is also pretty expensive

I visit this McDonalds quite often and I have minor issues and don’t make a big deal about them. Last night I place an online order. When I got to McDonalds no one was at the counter so I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the register. The young man comes from outside, to the front counter and I let him know I placed an order online. He tells me it will be a few minutes then walks away and start handing food! No handwashing or anything. The lobby has about 8 to 10 people waiting and the team has no urgency to get the orders out. I watched my happy meal sit for about 5 minutes and the fries on the warmer for over 10 minutes. I only got 2 cheeseburgers and it took my order over 30 minutes. Food was cold but I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes.

Went here at 9:05, website says closes at 10pm. Kid at drive thru speaker gives me a Beavis and Butthead voice response, “Uh, we are like closed”. Already cleaning up almost an hour early from closing time.

I placed an online order at 5:35 a.m. and proceeded to sit in the drive-thru for 10 to 15 minutes and the store never opened, I could see people inside but no one responded. I was forced to leave for work and drive back an hour and a half later to retrieve my breakfast, because I was charged for the food that I never received.

Ordered ahead via the app, a $5 meal. Selected drive through for pickup. Car in front of me orders $63 worth of food. Car In front of me gets to the 2nd window and waits 10 minutes for their food. I pull up to the 2nd window and then am told to park and wait for my $5 meal. Why wouldn’t you direct the guy who orders the whole menu to park and wait for his food? What’s the point in ordering ahead?

People that work here are somehow dumber than people in the military. Half the people that come here are too pressed for time to actually complain and wait around for them to fix it. It’s a base McDonald’s I guess we can’t expect much.
(09:30) I went inside to order. I stood at the counter and watched guy male and a female-wearing a light blue t-shirt hold a conversation. Not once did they acknowledge me standing there while they had their coversation. So after about 2minutes standing there i left.

My chicken sandwich was rubbery in the middle and soggy on the outside. They forgot my sauce. The fries were over salted. My sweet tea was not sweet. Overall a bad experience

The only reason I gave this restaurant a two stars because the service was better than most McDonald’s. I was just gonna give it a one star. Unfortunately, McDonald’s seems to be trying to make the shareholders happy. Just look at these pictures. These is a sad excuses to be called a hamburger. I haven’t eaten a McDonald’s hamburger for a long time, but the patties get smaller every time and it looks like somebody smashed the buns together…. Come on McDonald’s you can do a lot better than this.
