This location consistently gives your order to other people ensuring you have double the wait for them to remake it. Their staff don’t care one bit about it. The service is way below standards for the area. I will never be back. I rather buy frozen and expired pizza at a market than return to any Papa Johns!

I would caution against tipping on their order app. Wait until your food arrives then determine if a tip is warranted. Last visit I requested a hand delivery and person delivering just left food on the ground in the cold. Didn’t even ring doorbell.If the manager is reading this, happy to contact you so you can determine who made the delivery.

Both pizza were not 1 very little condiments of what I ask for and also Hawaiian pizza was very little pices of bacon and the pineapple this was a very not satisfied customer service was very slow the customer cashier said it would be a 15 to 20 wait but the order took 27 mlnets. I was not very happy when we got home to eat!!!.

I ordered $70 dollars worth of food and last time I will do that from here. Pizza was small wouldn't feed a family of four. Took over an hour to get it delivered.Papa Johns was always my go to pizza joint but I was not impressed at the least this time. Neither was the family. Definitely not worth the money

I ordered a veggie pizza online and asked for it to be well done. It was not well done, and some of the veggies were cold as if they’d been put on after it was cooked. It was expensive too.

We normally get domino's for our fast food pizza but they've been really gross the last few times. Decided to try papa John's again after not going for years and it was a nice change up, everything was good, hot and plenty of sauce.

It's papa John's. What can I say? Pizza was great the staff was personable.Do better with your pizza cutter though. We had to break out ours at home to finish the job.

Kinda' negative experience - had a coupon that wasn't honored - pizza prices were on the expensive side - employees were not helpful and almost rude. Pizza wasn't very good...I prefer pizza hut.

We were told 30 minutes, we show up and then are told it's going to be an additional 20 minutes. We come back, and desipite ordering extra cheese (paying extra for it) cheese was missing from several patches of pizza. When asked what could be done the only option given was for them to remake it... Writing this while waiting, it's been an additional 15 minutes now. Plus I felt attitude when I brought the pizza back in and showed them. A 30 dollar pizza that we are driving to pickup should not take over an hour to make and should be right when it comes out. Not cool...
