I have no idea how you can rate Papa Murphy's atmosphere. This one is meticulously clean and the staff are polite and friendly. In any event after a half dozen or so visits this location is perfect. ???Wheelchair accessibility: No problem.

Husband picked up order. Was handed pizzas and was told here is your order. I also ordered 5 Cheese Bread which he was not given. Called and was told to come today or they would write it down for next time. Not offered a REFUND. Someone else went back and was not Given Marinara sauce. Pizza wasn’t that good either. STRIKE THREE. Never Again

There are some serious staffing issues. The employees are not educated on customer service, multi tasking or how to tell time. They will apologize for their behavior but won't actually change it. I love the chain it's just unfortunate Silverdale has a weak link.
