Half the pizza doesn't have any sauce or toppings and it made it into a box and to my door with someone obviously saying, "that is good enough for our customers!" Bright side is that they refunded the price, but that doesn't fix the fact that we were stuck with it for dinner.
Twice now I have received the wrong base pizza, talked to the manager over the phone, he argued with me, talked over me and tried to tell me I didn’t know what I had ordered, basically called me a liar! This is the last time I will be ordering anything from Pizza Hut silverdale. Very disappointing as this is our local! Very glad the delivery driver was could empathise, the one star is for him.
Super upset. I ordered 50 bucks worth of food and it gets here 20 minutes late and all is COLD not warm COLD! I called 2 times and it just rings and rings then hangs up. Really upset. I want my money back. Actually I want my food on time and hottttttttt! Geeze I would of taken warm.
