Another disappointing Silverdale eating establishment.
I ordered over $50 worth of pizza and when I got home I discovered that the pan pizzas were not cooked enough- it was not even crisp. The crust was doughy on the Bottom.
I am writing this review because I called the store to let them know, so that they could troubleshoot the problem, but whomever answered the phone basically told me the 7min in the oven was perfect for cooking the pizzas.
So, a thin crust, thick pan crust, and any other specialty pizza crust all cook for the same 7min? That can’t be right and I should not feel like the bad guy to let them know that my pizza was not done enough. I did not even ask for anything and l was talked to rudely.

Food was excellent as always. Never have any complaints when it comes to the quality of the food at Pizza Hut, but the customer service at this location in Silverdale is terrible. I was on the phone with my fiancé when she pulled up to this location to pick up our carry out order, not realizing they did not offer curbside pickup anymore. I told her to call the store and ask if they could bring the order out to her because she just had surgery on her toe and also had our 2 month old newborn daughter with her. She waits and waits and waits for someone to answer. After several minutes of waiting and seeing employees just walk by the phone, she finally had enough and just walked inside. Then, as she was walking out of the store with our order, and our daughter, obviously having her hands full, the workers just stood there and watched as she tries to get the door opened, not even offering to help or anything. Pizza Hut has been my go to pizza place since I was a kid, but hearing about this experience my fiancé had really disappointed and upset me. Do better Pizza Hut

Normal pizza hut. Pizza hut is normally expensive for what you get. Pizza is tasty, but not worth $30 for a single large supreme pizza.

Sometimes you may have to deliver the pizza that isn’t freshly baked because the manager may not have allowed you to make a new pizza for late customer. At this time the reason was given not because of the customer service staff as a whole but, because the quality that day and the staff may not have been given, the opportunity to make the best pizza to taste, well then that would have to been given at that date!

Ordered for contactless curb side and ended up having to go in and collect my food at the front. Tried calling the store and no worker was answering the phone. Yes it was busy but when I'm letting it ring for a good 2 mins before hanging up some one would have picked up the phone. Nope. Food was delicious.

The quality of the service has definitely taken a turn for the worse recently. The employees work at the slowest speed they can get away with, orders are consistently late (4 visits in the past 3 weeks, order was late/ incomplete every time). Now they can't even seem to read what type of crust you ordered.
Not like it used to be. I miss the actual restaurant with the salad bar. Yummy. The pizza sizzling on the side of the hot pan. My now 17-year-old wanted to try Pizza Hut for the first time. We went on his birthday. The "restaurant "has 3 bar-type tables and a table that seats 4 and just some chairs for waiting for your food. You order at the counter but you do have to wait for the TV screens to cycle through, they went pretty fast, I'd look at the app for the menu. The order came out fast and hot. Would have liked a fork for the honey BBQ wings, they were hot and messy. The new chicken sausage has a little kick but good. You need a pin to use the bathroom but the door is a bit confusing once you're inside. I apparently unlocked the door so anyone could have walked in. Lol. Oops. May get a meal for the family at one point. The closes one is a 30min drive from my house.

Service was fine. The worst pizza ever. I ordered cheese sticks and they were burnt dark brown. I ordered double pepperoni and double grilled chicken and what I got was a soggy, chewy and nasty pizza. Nothing about the pizza was good. Everything tasted and looked like it was left outside overnight or something. Don't go here

2 experiences Ive had so far with this pizza hut. So first off, I ordered a large pizza with 12 wings and 4 cups of ranch. I was told it was going to be delivered in 30 minutes. I get my order in an HOUR AND A HALF later, pizza and wings are cold, and the driver forgot all of my ranch and the pepper shaker and cheese shaker. I had to wait about 10 minutes for store to pick up my call just for them to pick up and immediately end the call right after without saying a word. After that I had to wait 30 minutes on customer service just so I can only get $10 of credit. I tried to brush it aside but today ANOTHER situation similar happened.
I ordered only wings and I cup of ranch and they didn’t ask me for my card information. So when the driver pulled by, he asked for cash that I did not have. I had to Zelle him about $11 and the process took about 10-15 minutes. After the transaction finally went through, he then gave me my wings only and said that my ranch was dropped and it exploded from him dropping it(the same delivery driver.) I have no idea why he told me to send him money for the ranch HE DROPPED HIMSELF. I’d recommend not asking for delivery and just Dining in or Take out because the service is incredibly lazy and unprofessional, I also would just go to another pizza restaurant.

Unfortunately I can't really recommend this location. I'm unable to order online for whatever reason from the Pizza Hut website (multiple charges, no order), so when I call to order their phone sucks so bad I can't hear them (the on-hold recording sounds fine though! not my phone) so I can't order. And then I got put on hold for 10 minutes by the dude who probably also couldn't hear me.
