Went here for pi day for the pizza deal.It's been a while since I had pizza hut but it was good!I guess there were alot of orders backed up during lunch so the service was not that great but at least the pizza was good!

Trying to order a pizza on-line is cumbersome. I would recommend calling. I tried to order a Large 1-Item Pepperoni Pizza and somehow only received a Cheese Pizza. MY bad I guess!

It's been a while since I've had pizza hut, but the location in silverdale never disappoints. At least for me, that is. Service is usually good and atmosphere is good and clean.I ordered the Hawaiian chicken as a stuff crust, some bacon cheese bread sticks, boneless toss in sweet and spicy sauce, and cherry Pepsi.Mmmm mmmm! Missed pizza hut. Yummy as always. Can't wait to order again :)

Impossible to get a hold of. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes to make a change to my order. If you live on base it is hit or miss. When they don't have a driver for base they don't call you. After 40 minutes you call and then after 20 minutes more waiting on the phone they tell you they can't deliver because their driver can't get on base.

Omg!!! PIZZA HUT IN SILVERDALE GREAT WAY TO START OFF NEW YEAR. LEFT $100 WORTH OF FOOD IN SOMEONE'S BACK PATIO. WHILE ITS DRIZZLING ON A WET TRAMPOLINE ?. DRIVER TELLS THE STORE HE COULDN'T FIND THE PLACE. THATS WHAT THE PHONE NUMBER IS FOR!!! IF I WANTED FROZEN PIZZA I COULD HAVE GONE TO THE GROCERY STORE. Still waiting for Mgr to call me ?

Well i just call them to order a pizza the order was more expensive that thought the app and i have to pickup which the delivery make way more expensive so this doesn’t make sense and then just hang up the phone what the heck customer service is unacceptable is basically none existent just order through the app is a lot cheaper but honestly just go somewhere else my order was late and wrong took additional 2hours to get it fix and it wasn’t even cook right so i was left with an uncooked pizza

Worst customer experience ever! Ordered online for delivery. Delivery arrived 25 minutes late, food was cold and we were missing part of our order. Called the phone number and it's a call center that transferred me to the store where I sat on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up and called back and told the rep I had just sat on hold and he asked for my name and phone number to locate my order and then without telling me, put me on hold again and after another 10 minutes I hung up. So I went online to see if I could open a chat. Only thing I found was a "customer satisfaction" line that when prompted told me that I would be transferred to the store. At this point I decided to drive to the store and left my phone on call in case someone picked up. When I got to the store there was 1 guy working in the front who was clearly frazzled and severely under staffed as I could hear the phone ringing. I asked him if he was the only one working because the phone that was ringing was from me trying to call them for the past 45 minutes. I felt bad seeing him trying to handle the situation when he was clearly overwhelmed but he did his best to resolve the problem. The bigger issue is with pizza hut corporate having a call center that couldn't simply just apply my credit for the missing food and my issues would have been resolved. From a huge corporation, clearly everyone out-pizzas the hut!!
