My daughter was FORCED to give a 2 dollar tip. They are rude, the food is subpar on a good day and the prices are ridiculous - even for a mall. Avoid at all costs.

Im not sure id call the things they serve pretzels. Threw them out after 2 bites. Ordered cinnamon an sugar bites, it was neither sugar nor cinnamon they put on the things they called pretzel bites nothing tasted like it should. Pretzels tasted just like white bread instead of Pretzel. It was actually disgusting.

I see why this is under 3 star lol. $12 for like 7 pretzel bites and $1.50 to add a cup of cheese that’s big enough for 1 maybe 2 bites. Ours had obviously been sitting a while as well as they were pretty hard. I’ve never wanted to give a place 0 stars before but this was disgusting and the customer service was terrible as well.

The pretzel bites here are so delicious! They're soft, buttery, and warm! It tastes and smells so delicious! I tried the cheese filled ones the other day and was not disappointed. The cheese was melted and gooey and delicious! I highly recommend this place if you want a yummy snack!

No pretzel dogs. It's like Burger King being out of burgers.

The workers and owner are nice but the quality of the pretzels are poor. Its like a regular dough the texture is nothing like pretzels.

Food has gotten extra greasy. Everytime my order is messed up, it's a simple order, pretzel bits. I've let this slid way to Manny times but today when I told them I wanted my order of bits and not a soggy old pretzel for the high price I payed they argued with me and told me I did not ask for bites. Even thought I had two whiteness. After having to raise my voice for them to fix there mistake they through some bits at me and started trash talking me unfront of my family. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Old, burnt pretzels. Rude guy who refused to swap the bucket of pretzels for some that looked fresher. I should've rejected them, but I took a chance and I was sorely disappointed. We will not be coming back here again. Not sure what happened to the previous owners, this place used to be good.

Reading these reviews, almost all of the 5 star reviews are from the owners themselves.

poor service, dude gave us our pretzels and we come here literally every week they ask if u want cheese ok….today dude forgot to ask so when my boyfriend came back with no cheese i went up and tried to buy some he straight up said “no” ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ i was flabbergasted he said he isn’t accepting a 90 cent payment on a card i was like ok… u couldn’t just give me the cheese ?

DO NOT GO HERE! The service always horrible, they won't let you ask questions of their food, prices are crazy high with old dough used, and they won't even let you take a picture of their menu. They also get argumentative if you don't give any tip for their HORRIBLE attitude, service, and food
