Updated 2024:I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. Went on a date with my husband and tried eating at the restaurant, and it was horrific. Upon walking to our seat, we passed an elderly couple who had been seated with their order taken prior to our arrival. When we finally had a chance to put in our order, it took 20 minutes to get my adult beverage. The food took over an hour, and it had very obviously been sitting under a heating lamp for quite a while. My husband's medium-rare steak came out and was like a leather shoe ALL the way through. My lobsters were rubbery, and my order was incorrect with a massive heap of wet broccoli. I got a correction to my meal (since she had screwed up the entry into the computer), and it STILL wasn't correct! Our waitress, while kind and frazzled, attempted to lay the blame of her error on us. No thank you!We will NOT be returning ANY time soon.2022: 3 times I have ordered, and 3 times my order was messed up in one way or another. I will not be returning.

Ordered dualing lobsters. $70 plate, and they forgot my pasta and my butter for the lobster. Called and spoke with 2 managers who said they would send me a gift card. That was over 2 weeks ago and not even a phone call. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Really disappointing. Service is very slow, the server never brought my daughters drink back after asking if she wanted a refill. I ordered an appetizer and the server asked if I wanted the meal with a side, then charged me for double shrimp and brought the wrong side. The crab was not good and I had to ask for butter. The quality of the food is terrible. This was my birthday dinner and quite unforgettable for the wrong reasons. Red Lobster is fast food now with fine dining prices.

Came in for an order I placed and was told 10-15 minutes. 35 minutes later it’s still not ready and they have no idea when it will be. So where did the original estimate come from?! Did the host just pull it out of thin air?! Honestly….Edit: after more than an hour of waiting I still don’t have my order and no one can even confirm it’s being made!! Wow, thanks for ruining my family’s dinner ???

My husband and I visited your establishment on February 18, 2024. We sat at the bar area and had a few drinks along with an appetizer following a meal thereafter. Our server was absolutely wonderful. However, the food was not all that great. My husband and I know from visting lost of restaurants across the nation, pasta can be a hit or miss. We have learned to ask for our noodles to be cooked al dente to ensure they are not over cooked and mushy. I ordered the endless shrimp that starts with three options. One being shrimp Alfredo. I asked my server to please ensure my noodles were cooked al dente and explained why. My husband order the Lobster feast. His dish as well came with a few options including scallops. When the food was brought out we tasted our plates quickly realizing nothing was cooked correctly. We picked at a couple things and asked for our bill. The server did ask how things were and we told her the noodles were way over cooked and tasted like a bowl of mush and my husband's scallops were undercooked. She apologized and gave us our bill. My husband and I paid our bill and left. We drove down the street to Silver City Brewery, an old favorite and just grabbed a small bite to eat before heading home for the night.I gave a three star rating due to the cleanliness and inviting staff onboard. I ordered a medium steak. When i cut into it, it was very rare. I wasn’t going to say anything, but my husband did. Our waitress was more than happy to take it back to cook it longer and handled the situation so well. It came back perfectly and she even took my meal off of our bill unexpectedly.She went above and beyond when she absolutely didn’t have too. Greatly appreciated!

Well as far as the lobster is concerned.... about a 3 on a five star scale. Maine lobster tail was great, rock lobster tail was really tough. Stay away from the mashed potatoes. Overpriced for the quality of food and service was simply ok. Save up your money if your going to eat here.

The waitress told us two different beers were out one after the other then when ordering our dinners she ,after taking both of our orders showed up withonly his saying she thought we were sharing? Lol After it took her her another 20 minutes and the food was raw and spoiled.Therefore, after experiencing this twice, you've been CHOPPED!!We will not be coming back!
