Red Robin has always been a favorite of mine. Service has always been friendly and the $9.95 hamburger and beverage special is an outstanding value. That's why I always leave a 50% tip.

Bacon bleu burger was disappointing. Looked NOTHING like the pic on the menu. Menu showed, tall large round burger. What I got was smaller than a mcd's quarter pounder.
There were 6 fries on the plate.
Even though fries are bottomless, the sad 6 fries made the plate underwhelming.

Was asked if I wanted another beer, before asking if we needed more fries or sides.

Probably won't be back.

This was on a Tuesday from 2pm to 3:30pm. It was not busy.. The server had to be reminded of multiple things she forgot. We never actually got one of our sides in the end. I ordered the fish and chips. Fish was greasy and the last piece had some kind of hard thing all the way through the middle. Had super bright, almost spotlight, over head lights. Could barely see my mom and sisters face's with the glare. Enjoyed the company and the fries.

I took my granddaughter for lunch on her birthday. Our server was absolutely awesome. The food was better than anything I've had there. I had the the most amazing whiskey barbecue chicken wrap. It was so delicious that when I offered my granddaughter a bite,(she kinda picky), she put down her burger and decided mine was too delicious to pass up!

The service and food are both mediocre. Often you are forgotten for a while. They do have a couple of good servers though. The food is not worth the price. $20 burgers and $14 onion rings

I believe our servers name was Alexa. I ordered a gluten free bun and made sure whatever else I ordered didn’t have gluten. I didn’t even think about the fries. She took it upon herself to make sure the fries were also gluten free. I thought that was really cool. It’s hard to have dietary restrictions and go out to eat. Now Red Robin is on the list of safe places I can go to.

Terrible service. Our waitress was so bad. She hardly checked in with us, and she never brought the drink we ordered. Even when we heard another waitress tell her it was waiting for her to pick up at the bar about 15 minutes after we ordered it. She also still tried to charge us for it. To top everything off, and what the ONE STAR REVIEW is for was that I watched her blow her nose into a napkin next to the food pick up station and never wash her hands. She literally blew her nose then pulled her phone out of her pocket scrolled for a minute, then came over to serve us and the tables around us. She was in my sight the entire time, her hands were never washed. Really takes your appetite away. 🤢 table 88, 08/25 around 6pm.

I have been occasionally going to this specific Red Robin for 4 years now.

The good:
As a gluten free person, I like going to Red Robbin because they have a gluten free option for their fries. This is one of the few chains, that in my experience/ knowledge takes gf seriously. The food is generally consistent in quality.

The not so good:
The quality is just meh for the price. Not saying its bad, but for example tonight I got a burger with an extra patty avocado and bacon plus a gluten free bun, so I knew it was going to be more on the spendy side. It came out to be about $28. I am always weary about ordering bacon because there has been a few times where the bacon looked undercooked. That was not the case tonight, but there were only 2 slices of bacon, so in my opinion not worth the significant up charge. Also tonight they ran out of gluten free buns. Which was alright with me and they gave me extra fries to make up for it :)

Overall, its an average chain American food place.
