We may have just had a weird night, but the computer system was down and we waited about an hour at our table before they even took our order. We even had to recommend to them to use pencil and paper to take our order since they didn't know how long the computers would be down for. Otherwise we may have been sitting there for another thirty minutes. Requested endless fries since we had 5 young kids at the table who were now past dinnertime and it took about 35 minutes for those to come. Once the food finally arrived, (they managed to lose an order), it was really good. Our waiter was very apologetic and I could tell he was doing his very best. Unfortunately, the manager on duty did not step up to help either the waiter or patrons. No apology from management, no half price kids meal as advertised, and no please come back. With our experience tonight, it will be at least another year or two before I visit this location again. I haven't had the best history here over the past decade and always think I will give it another try until I do. Then I remember why I don't come here.

Edit...I have reached out to support@RedRobin as they requested, twice so far, with no response as of yet. Sigh.

Great burgers and fries here! I really like that the fries are unlimited, that's really cool! They are really good fries too, so you fill up quickly on them even though they are unlimited. The staff here are always kind and polite, and the remodels look pretty good. To go options are always super fast here as well! Great location overall!

Food is consistent and service is great! Prices are reasonable.
The menu includes gluten free options with a GF bun option as well as dedicated fryers for fries.

Let me paint you a horrific experience: cold food, no waitress/waiter checking in, and a manager standing in the corner for hours on end, commanding through an earpiece. Silverdale Red Robin is the place to go, if that’s your thing. If the store manager wanted success for their store, they would let go of this lazy manager that just barks orders. The best managers are the ones that work the hardest. We are an at-will state… if she doesn’t want to work, give someone else the chance to be a manager.

My wife and I have been coming to this Red Robin for years, the food has always been great, and wait times during their busy hours usually aren't bad, but often it is the swrvice that makes the memory.
Today for a late lunch we had the pleasure of having Adelaide (I sure hope I spelled that correctly 😅) as our waitress, she was incredibly kind, made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit and answered all our questions, even some before I thought to ask them!
The fact that we have came here for years and Now I've decided to write a review should stand for itself, and of course, we will be back again!

Husband had the Banzai, he loved it. I had the whiskey river chicken sandwich which was tasty. It was a bad day for the fries. They tasted old and not hot.

Order in, decide to splurge. The food was made with love with made with intention, and attention. Except for the queso tastes like it was cooked in a cauldron of old socks. I have a great appreciation of those who do the job as I have done it myself. This isn't meant to be taken as an insult but I won't be ordering from this place again.
