Drive and Go substitutes more expensive items. If your employees can't figure out the sale items, how do you expect your customers to figure it out. Drive & Go and store customer service were not helpful.

My cashier today was great (Briana S), and I was very impressed that there was an employee actually cleaning the aisles after we walked down them. I was disappointed that people weren't reading the "one way" or "6 feet" signs, but that isn't yalls fault

Tanza in the deli dept is the Best! What a wonderful human being!! I was calling from NJ because my aunt is by herself out there and elderly. I was asking if there’s anyway a Thanksgiving dinner meal could be bought and delivered to her. Not only did she help me with this when no one else would, She hand delivered the hot meal to my aunt herself and paid for it as well!!! TANZA , from the bottom of my heart, ThANK YOU!! You are an angel, safeway is so lucky to have you and she deserves a raise because you don’t get customer service or workers like this anymore these days!! LOVE Patti xox happy Thanksgiving!!
