Love coming to Seoul KBBQ on date nights, birthdays or when we just have a craving for it. The wait times for things can be a bit long but they do tend to have their busy hours. The food is great! Will continue to be customers.

Awesome experience,greatfood..comJust could've used a little more instruction on what to do with the raw meat! Figured it out! Cook it until it's not raw anymore! lol

So my gal and I dined at Soule Korean BBQ Restaurant in Silverdale. We were not impressed. First off, this is the only Korean restaurant I've ever been to that didn't serve kimchi. The lady said that particular menu item we chose doesn't come with kimchi I'm sorry, but there's not a single Korean restaurant in Washington State other than Soule Korean BBQ that doesn't serve kimchi with everything no matter what you order you get kimchi if you order tea you get kimchi, if you order coffee you get kimchi, if you order donuts, you get kimchi least in or most Korean restaurant except for this one, strange! Secondly, we both had chicken Katsu, which was dry and hard; wasn't very warm and the sauce was just basic blah barbecue sauce. The rice was cold instead of giving you some type of Korean vegetables, my box lunch came with a bunch of boring, wilted salad greens. Apparently the cooks running Soule Korean BBQ have been in the United States too long. They need to go back to Korea and find out what Korean people eat. Anyway, there's lots of other eateries in Silverdale. If you want good Korean food I would suggest you go to Suzi's Kitchen amin West Bremerton, there's also a couple other restaurants in the same area where Soule Korean is. I suggest you patronize those places.

I virtually never have this place come to mind when trying to decide on a place to go out to eat at, but I’m doing myself a great disservice. The food here is absolutely delicious and you get the added fun of cooking your own at your own table. My only complaint is the atmosphere. The venue is super noisy with all the range hoods running at each table, so it’s virtually impossible to hear the person across the table from you. Now if you’re too busy stuffing your face with all the delicious meats, this might be a non-issue for you.

A friend and I ate here today for the first time. It was SO good! Lots of food so we were certain there would be leftovers to take home. Not. We ate EVERYTHING! and MMM'd our way through it all - just like the actors in the South Korean Netflix shows ;-D Service was very good as well. I read some other reviews that were not very encouraging so we were thankful we had a great experience. Looking forward to going back and working our way through the menu.

Seoul Korean BBQ is one of the most mediocre KBBQ places I’ve ever been to. The selection is practically just bulgogi, and if you want any of the things that are normal for kbbq like brisket or Galbi it’s $30 extra per selection. The gyoza is limited to 3 pieces per person as well. They never changed the grill while we were there, and it was turned on to high heat without adjustment, so after the first round of bulgogi the grill was just a charred black mess. They provide you with tongs, however no scissors so trying to eat galbi if you get it is pretty difficult. The chopsticks provided were super cheap and splintery as well. The overall experience certainly left a lot to be desired, we didn’t even get a second order for AYCE due to them taking the menus away at the beginning limiting selections to just another round of bulgogi (which, pretty much everything on the menu is just varying forms of bulgogi anyways), and the burnt grill was not very inviting to actually take part in the all you can eat fun of trying different meats and everything. When it came time for the check we saw it was $106 for 2 people AYCE with one order of galbi. They took payment and did the most awkward transaction of holding the card reader asking us to select a tip option of 15%, 18%, 20%, or “other”. While they were holding the payment terminal it was too awkward to try and press “other” and just leave the $5 we were planning on (we normally always tip 20% no matter what, but the price here compared to the service given was really difficult to justify tipping at all). It’s very difficult to justify going here when there are WAY better places with WAY more variety and cheaper prices down in Tacoma. Save your money here and go down to “The Grill” in Tacoma for some really good kbbq with great variety and service, both of which were lacking here.

Pretty darn good service. The staff were attentive and catered to everyone's needs. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Super delicious food! We go there for the all you can eat and it's definitely worth it. From what I can tell there isn't a time limit, and it's about $30 a person and it includes 1 gyoza appetizer that is not unlimited, but all the Korean side dishes, rice, meat, and veggies that you could want. It is a bit silly for it to cost extra for lettuce wraps to eat your food, though. We went when it was pretty busy on a Saturday night, and they never came around to ask if we did want a refill of the meat (they bring a huge plate of pork belly, and marinated pork, chicken, and beef and some fresh veggies) but it was plenty as it was. They do definitely focus more on the bigger parties instead of the 1-2 person tables. Super fun to sit in there and grill it all. I will say out of everything I LOVE the side dishes, the potato's and the daikon pickles are phenomenal. We also tried the chicken katsu gimbap which was great as well.
