I’ve been coming to this location for a while, always hoping that a certain someone isn't there, but after my most recent visit, I think it’s time to part ways.
I say this with sincerity, it’s not only one bad experience, it’s the pattern. It’s just one drive thru cashier who makes the experience unpleasant, and unfortunately, she’s consistently unkind. There’s hardly any interaction between us, so I’m not sure what’s behind the coldness but the body language and tone are hard to overlook, and it makes each visit feel uncomfortable.
Also, I asked for light ice. Got sensitive teeth here. I couldn’t drink and enjoy it because it was painfully colder than the cashiers heart. I passed it on to my child who finished it in less than a minute.

Staff appeared sad and detached, maybe just tired. I brought in my SB cup as told by them the last visit for a free refill and barista didn't appear to know about the policy. Was begrudgingly given the refill w/o eye contact. Maybe team is just overworked and underpaid

I had to be in this Starbucks for a few hours while I was waiting for my car to get fixed. I just happened to be sitting near where the baristas were working, and even when the shop was at its busiest, I couldn’t help but notice how friendly and positive they were, both to customers and also with each other. It truly impressed me.
There was a short line, but it moved quickly. There are plenty of seats available. A few people were doing work on their laptops. Plugs are available. I was very disappointed in the coffee, though. Starbucks used to have very strong blends and slightly burnt beans that made it bitter and overpowering. Now it seems they've gone completely opposite, very weak and bland. At any coffee shop, I usually get a 12 or 16 oz latte with 1 shot, 2 sugar packets, and almond milk. This time, I ordered the same, but with 2 shots of pistachio instead of the sugar. It tasted mostly like a slightly sweet milk. None of the coffee or pistachio stood out. For over $6, I was extremely disappointed!!
