Starbucks, your reply has a link that is unreasonable to respond to. Your stores have people that bring in dogs (sometimes aggressive ones) feeding them and making a mess, people (including employees) that conduct loud video calls and watch videos with volume turned up. Some people conduct loud interviews/ meetings. It’s often not a good experience because of the lack of consideration of people and lack of oversight from your company.
Would your business please put nice reminders to customers .. and employees to not play their phone videos and have video calls, it’s rude and inconsiderate of others. Great coffee…

Today we decided to drive through and grab some afternoon drinks and the staff was so lovely! The barista taking our order chatted with us about our day and overall was so sweet and kind. I highly recommend coming here!

I’ve been coming to this place for years and when I go in, I usually go to the bathroom first and I ask them for the combination so that I could use the restroom and this time they challenged me saying that I haven’t bought anything. They can’t give me the code. But if I guarantee them that I’ll buy something they could give me the code so in the meantime, I stand there and what?? Pee my pants cause I have to go so bad??? I guess it’s because they want to harass people. I’m obviously not a transient looking to lock myself in the bathroom and steal their toilet paper or take a nap or a bath at the sink. I’m well dressed. And I pulled up in a nice car!!

Be careful when getting drip coffee got ours was too hot burnt my thumb just touching the cup. Drinks were not drinkable. Like even after 15 minutes driving the coffee was too hot. Like lawsuit too hot. Need to train staff better.

Used to be my go to Starbucks, but I got tired of waiting forever for my order. Doesn't matter if they're busy or slow your gonna wait in store at least 20 minutes for your coffee. And thats with ordering ahead via the app. The staff turnover seems really high as well, even for a Starbucks.

Been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years. given the terrible service many chances but they just can’t get items on one’s order to come out within a reasonable time of each other. Just total incompetency.
