December 12. 1857. A customer is just standing literally at the cash register talking to an employee. It kind of just throws everything off. I'm standing there wondering "ok is this guy in line or nah? Is he a customer? Did he order?" Smh. Come on folks. Be more professional. A customer shouldn't be able to just hang out at the cashier leaning on the counter talking for over 15 minutes about absolutely nothing.

It’s like having your angry teenager shop for you. Save yourself the grief use the McWilliams Safeway. They don’t deliver but it’s totally worth driving over and having them bring your order out to you.

Ordered a simple soy latte, told them to use my rewards for the soy. Guy at window entered it wrong and said couldn't fix it. He said use it next time and didn't seem to care about making it right. Which doesn't work for me--reward points always expire before I can use. A couple of months ago ordered a decaf in drive thru. Got to window and they were out of decaf and made a regular instead. Poulsbo 305 store and Wheaton Way Bremerton store and 303 store are much better. Great customer service, welcoming and friendly, and do whatever needed to get orders right and serve customer. Bucklin Hill one doesn't seem to care.
