This location is a joke. They refuse to honor Subway’s official promo codes, like the 2 footlongs for $12.99 one that every other Subway seems to participate in, because apparently they think they’re above the system. Why even be a part of the franchise if you’re going to charge $26 for two sandwiches that cost half that literally anywhere else?

I’m not paying extra because your store doesn’t feel like following the basic promotions Subway advertises. Total rip-off. Go literally anywhere else.

Went in and got 3 sandwichs bought 50 percent extra meat and didn't get extra one had no bacon and 2 had the wrong bread

I always order two sandwiches for me and my bf and 4 times now they have put the wrong topping on the wrong bread or the wrong meat with the wrong vegetable and my bf is lactose intolerant and they keep giving him the bread with the cheese on and he never notices til it’s way to late. normally there really nice with refunds and stuff but today I called 3 times and no one will even answer when it’s 9 o’clock at night

Used to be my favorite location until they hired someone that refuses to change her gloves, is very sloppy, and has the absolute worst attitude with customers. It’s sad but after trying to ignore this for about a month it’s becoming too much. Cross contamination seems to be a completely foreign concept to this person.

There is only one staff member here making orders. The person in front of me had been waiting for 10 minutes already while this one staff member builds 2 online orders....very...very...slowly. Put onions on sandwich, squint at order, put peppers on sandwich, squint at order.... this is not the Subway you want to visit if you need yo be somewhere.

Also, the tables in disarray as if high schoolers were in here horsing around. But nothing has been put back into place.

This place needs better management, more staff, and this poor guy behind the counter needs a raise for even being here alone....

The bread rolls aren't as fresh as they could be.

i always get the same stuff here, reason why service got 2, what kinda service was that 😭. the lady was doing absolutely nothing except for talking to her co-worker. the co worker was trying to make our food and so was she, yet she could not stop talking to him. anyways, other than that, its a normal subway. it was good food.

Chicken and “cheese” dipper with no cheese crazy! 3/13/2025 Silverdale location barely any chicken 3 dollars waisted. Finally got a response to my review on 3/20/2025 no offer of a coupon or anything. What a sorry restaurant will never be back. Disgusting.

Hotshot Italiano goes hard

Wanted a quick sub dinner, and this was around the corner, so I stopped in on a whim. Haven't been to a Subway in a while, and this location was a nice surprise. It's pretty large and well kept. The bathrooms were also well kept. I will go to this location again in the future.

White bread was much better before the Feds got involved .
