Food is good but I have a hard time dealing with the no customer service, you need to enter and find what you want on an ordering board, there is no other option. God Lord at least go to AI.

Rude customer service from one of their employees. The other employees were kind. But when our order came out they served us a quesadilla that had too much sauce on it, that was falling apart in the bag, and smushed. Denied refund and claimed we ate it when we only opened the bag to look inside. Never eating at this Taco Bell again.

I came in on a slow Thursday afternoon and was promptly greeted by a friendly gentleman working there. Considering I was ordering on the touch screen, I appreciated being acknowledged. The store itself was very clean, my order was made quickly, and everything was prepared well. Great Taco Bell experience!

The food was cold and we ate it right away. Compared to the Taco Bell in Shelton and Belfair, this one is probably the least of our favorite. Terrible customer service. 11-28-25 at 730am.

Genuinely terrible experience from start to finish. From their obnoxiously loud speaker asking to use their app, to the order taker constantly interrupting my order to try and up sell extra meat. Then when I get back home to eat the order is completely wrong. Maybe they should focus more on what the client is ordering and less on trying to interrupt the order.

I returned to the location and asked for my money back the worker kept trying to get me to confirm that what I ordered is what I was given. I kept telling them no, I ordered it without sour cream, and it was wrong and I want my money back. I had to ask four times to get my money back and when they finally agreed to the return, they didn’t put it back on my card but rather gave it to me in the smallest denominations of cash possible.

Terrible food, worse service. Dine here at your own risk.

The steak quesadilla had almost no meat, just a few tiny pieces buried in the cheese. The tacos were skimpy too, with barely any filling. And the burritos had absolutely no meat at all, like it was completely forgotten. I've attached a photo of the quesadilla to show how empty it looks. I won't be returning until they improve their portions.

Food is always fresh and hot, clean store but the accuracy rate of getting the order right is deplorable. We've visited this location 3 times this week and every time the order is wrong. Crazy how hard it is to get right. The receipt on the bag is always correct but food inside is always off..👎

Just check your order before leaving would be my suggestion.
