Food is good but I have a hard time dealing with the no customer service, you need to enter and find what you want on an ordering board, there is no other option. God Lord at least go to AI.
I came in on a slow Thursday afternoon and was promptly greeted by a friendly gentleman working there. Considering I was ordering on the touch screen, I appreciated being acknowledged. The store itself was very clean, my order was made quickly, and everything was prepared well. Great Taco Bell experience!
Tuesday, September 23rd at roughly 12:45pm, i picked up my mobile order in the drive thru. i had the most splendid experience with the woman at the window. I didn’t catch her name, but she is an awesome employee!!!! please extend this with her, her attitude is what makes a great person :)
