Pretty good burger but nothing to write home about. Kind of pricey but it's good in a pinch.

Great salads & shakes!!

Average nothing special. Except the price...over priced for average everything.

I wish they would fix milkshake machine. Even McDonald's fix theirs quicker.

Disgusting 🫣. Gave me a sloppy wrong order, came home, couldn't even eat it. For $30 it should have been the best meal I had. Im so pissed I'll never give you a 2nd chance. DO BETTER SILVERDALE 🤬🤬🤬

Not bad burgers kinda reminds me of five guys.
Pretty expensive though-$65.00 for two combo meals, one burger and one kids meal.

A curious experience...premium burger and additions on a below-standard bun. I had the Teryaki Char, she had the Portobello Char. Mine was tasty, but next time I'll leave off the tomato, lettuce, pickle, etc. because you could barely taste the teriyaki.
We both agreed that bun was a disappointment...thin to the point of falling apart, standard white bread, nothing remarkable about it. A truly great burger experience includes everything: burger, adds, condiments, and bun.

Place was filthy dirty. Floor was gross food scraps on floor by where I sat. Calling the health dept to report. You could tell it has not been cleaned in awhile

I have tried this place twice. Once when they first opened and again the other day, many years later than my first visit.

I truly have no idea why this place is still opened. If you like bread with lettuce then I guess this is your spot. IF you want a burger, go someplace else because that is not what you will get here.

I do not have a clue how anyone could rate this place as good or even great. If you order the single burger, as I said you will get BREAD, LETTUCE, a tomato, pickles, mayo and a tasteless burger, half the size of the bun.

There are so many burgers places out there. Save yourself and go to one of those. $15 for bread and lettuce!!! You can do better.

The food was good but I give it low marks for the high price and expected tips when you pay. This is NOT a full service restaurant, its fast food! Get rid of the tip option at checkout and I may become a regular customer.

It was a delicious hamburger.
French fries too.
However, I was surprised at how crisply the fried chicken and French fries were still left at the end of the meal!
