This is my favorite pho restaurant on the peninsula, they have generous portions of food and the quality is the best overall and the most consistent. The prices are reasonable, and the majority of the staff working here are courteous and respectful.

Vietnamese pancake. I'm a stupid white girl who can't figure out how to eat a large, hard, greasy flavorless pancake filled with large chewy pieces of flavorless meat that I'm supposed to break apart and wrap in lettuce with veggies and do it with any grace. Dipping sauce flavorless. Booths need new apolstry. Thank you to the nice lady who tried to help me.

I just left there. I am vegan and I asked if the items that I ordered (Tofu, fried rice and deep fried tofu rolls), had any animal products in them whatsoever, I was told they did not. As I began eating, I slowly began to feel nauseous and realize that there must be animal product in them that my body is rejecting. I asked him the ingredients of the fried rice and he listed them off, including eggs. I was very nice about it and told him again that I am vegan And I don’t eat eggs or any other animal products whatsoever. He did not offer to give me a discount or take the item off of my bill at all. $30 for a meal and I am still hungry.

Worth the drive, the toll, and the happy-dance slurp
Viet’s Taste in Silverdale is an absolute gem. We ordered the Crab Cream Cheese (Banh Cua Chien), Pot Stickers (Banh Xep), Brisket Pho (Pho Nam), and Pad Thai with Chicken (Pad Thai Ga).
A8’s crab cream cheese wontons were creamy-crispy perfection. A9’s pot stickers totally satisfied our 4½-year-old, even after discovering there were no French fries that day. P6? THE BEST brisket pho I’ve had, hands down. Silky broth, tender beef, zero leftovers. N11 was fantastic too—no notes, just noodles vanished. For spice lovers, I ordered 4-star spicy and could have gone hotter, so bring on the heat next time!
Also, do yourself a favor and grab the green tea with simple syrup. Cozy-day, cup-warming goodness.
Service was exquisite. It’s a family business and you can feel the pride in the presentation and the warm, attentive care. I would happily drive an hour and pay the bridge toll to eat here again. Five stars, easy.

It’s easy to find pho in western Washington, it’s not easy to find great pho. Stop in here and grab a bowl of truly delicious pho. It’s perfect without any extra additions, but if you like some hearty, add a spoonful of the chili oil they bring to the table—you won’t regret it!

This is that hole in the wall, authentic Vietnamese place you’ve been searching for - seems like a family owned business with a Nail salon next door - the food is great and amazing flavors and options that are affordable
The only downside is the inside is quite dated and there’s only one server for the whole place, so I would imagine the dinner rush can be an issue - but it’s small restaurants like this that I personally love - so if you like that vibe then this is the spot for you

Excellent start to finish. We had a very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable server, who suggested the pan fry and bread. I absolutely loved it and finished every bit. My lunch partner enjoyed the bahn mi and Thai milk tea. They have a nice spacious dining area here, so I would suggest eating in for maximum enjoyment of the food. We'll be back!

My family went there for Mother’s Day with our little babes. The service was excellent, and the staff were so accommodating. My husband and I both got the pho. Definitely some of the best we’ve had in the area. We will be back because the staff were so friendly.
