Waffle Stop

We tried the pearl sugar waffle and the buttermilk waffle and we agreed that the buttermilk waffle was much better. The buttermilk waffle was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. It tasted like it was made fresh to order. The liege (pearl sugar) waffle was dry and crumbly and tasted like it was made earlier in the day and reheated. The meal I got came with eggs, pork sausage, and hashbrowns. The sausage was very tasty and had a rustic look about it. The hashbrowns were good but the portion was only enough for a child. Service was excellent and the restaurant felt clean and airy. It's great to have a place like this in town.

The food was amazing! I got the new GF buckwheat waffle — you never find a gluten-free waffle anywhere else, so I’m glad I found this place. It was also a great recommendation from our server, Naomi. The service was amazing and she was very attentive. Plus, they have a great selection of coffees. We will definitely be coming back!

Love love love this place!! Very kid friendly and the food is very delicious! I’ve tried a variety of the menu from the cocktails to the coffee! Down to the waffle and the steak and eggs! Loved the cage free sunny side up and the buttermilk waffle is to die for!! Very clean and welcoming atmosphere I’ve brought my family from across country and they also enjoyed it so much!!

Food and service was great. seen and seated quickly amongst busy Saturday. Food was ready within 15 min . Very noisy and busy so this is not a place for a quiet breakfast. Mimosa was perfect for this establishment. Wish it was bigger and longer hours

I'm not sure what I was expecting when I decided to stop for food, but I was welcomed as I walked in, and I had a very welcoming server. Liv took my order and kept making sure I had everything I needed. The chicken and waffles were perfectly crispy, fluffy, and flavorful, pure comfort food done right, and the pumpkin-spiced chai was smooth, cozy, and full of fall flavor. A perfect combo! I will definitely be making a trip back for more!

Mediocre food, it was definitely an experience...the food was tasty, just not what we were expecting & the seating was horrible, very crowded & hot, it should be more open, more space between tables. They should look for a bigger space. I think the specialty drinks were definitely a plus, the coffee was great. We'll be going back when it's less crowded to try more of the menu.

Unfortunately this was a big disappointment eating here. We aren't food snobs but this meal was really gross.
Waist of $45.00, chicken waffles shouldn't be dry and have bad flavor. I did get a bit sick after the breakfast.
I'd rather go hungry than eat here again.
Service was good though prompt and quick.

Outstanding food and exceptional service!
Waffle Stop is truly a hidden gem. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The food was incredible! Waffles that were perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and homemade.

A special shoutout to Lyca, who was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about her guests and takes pride in her work, her energy made our visit extra special.

Between the delicious food and top-tier service, this is easily one of the best breakfast spots around. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Excellent food, excellent service. And everyone was very friendly.

Others have downgraded, as i, because of food issues. The pictures suggest reasonable quantity and quality. The plates are 9”, which makes it appear there is more food than there is.

From experience, I believe the ‘eggs’ are a premixed from a carton. About a half cup (small egg) measurement per ‘egg’.

The single piece of whole wheat toast was probably pulled from the package at the beginning of business opening…. And not even warm. The one tablespoon of jam (which was great) is all you get, unless you want to pay for more. <—- give me a break!

1/2 cup of hash browns…….

UPSIDE- has a Health Department rating of ‘Great’.

Bathroom was superbly clean. A coat hook would be nice.

Each booth has a 110 volt outlet…. WITH double usb charge ability!

Bright and clean.
