I really loved this place ?.I eat here all the time with my family but this time I ate metal.I showed the guy the metal that I found in my food, that I believe came off the grill and he lied and said it was a noodle . Noodles aren’t black and turn silver. As he stood there playing with the metal in his hand , my family went to grab me another plate of food. Then one of his waiters grabbed the other plates and started taking them away. So I stood up and told me family they should grab more food. The guy goes why?I said because Her hands ?? (The waiter)Is inside the food.He was like your guys can eat here or not , I don’t care but you’re causing too much trouble .So I said then give me the metal back and I will walk out of here .He says why? Just get yourself more food.So we did, we got more food. He cleanedThe grill this time and everything was fine!Like I said I loved this place ..Just don’t blame the customer for the metal in your food !

I love being able to build my own meal. I can focus on more veggies or meat depending on how I feel. The cooks prepare your selection quickly and deliver it hot and ready to eat.

They over charged us and misleading information. It's supposed to be all you can eat but they charge you every time you go around they clearly don't know what all you can eat means it's supposed to be one price never

The longer we were here the dirtier we realized it wasSauces were all pretty bland and meat was low qualityI can only imagine this place being a good choice for a very specific client...someone in need of a fast option, where they include which of the ingredients are added to their bowl, and want to control their ratio of like mest to veggiesThat doesn't care about the cleanliness of the restaurant, qualify of the meat, or having a lot of flavorMaybe this would be a good option for a vegetarian? Because the veggies and rice noodles were the highlight of the foodService was fast, but did not acknowledge us til we went to make our own bowls (so for someone who's never been it could be a confusing experience)

Always enjoy the food. You choose how much of what you want. My family puts most everything in the bowl and top it with the noodles so you don't drop anything.

Was a very relaxing, clean environment. We had experience with Mongolian barbecue before and didn't need assistance figuring out how to dish up. However, a family of five came in after us and they explained it to everyone including the youngest rowdy bouncy child without losing that happy, polite smile. The food was so, so delicious. I have a stomach issue at the moment so couldn't get all my hot stuff, but got the sweet n savvy goodies and was happy as could be!! I couldn't eat it all the bowl was so full! Yes, they let you fill the bowl up nicely past the top, so you can take leftovers home. They aren't stingy with you. The all-you-can-eat is worth the money if you can eat thirds. They let you fill the bowl so full it's like you've got seconds and thirds in there if you're a small eater and they are big cereal bowls.Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly to a bouncy what looked to be ten year old who was overly excited for this new experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wide doors to get into the building and very easy to get up the sidewalk into the building. There is a table right next to the door where you could park your wheelchair and have an easy exit or over near the bathrooms. There's so many good options for wheelchairs.

This place does not get the love it deserves. I not sure why it has only 4 stars on Google and/or Yelp. The food ingredients are fresh,*you* choose your flavor(s), *your* food is cooked at the time of order in front of you, and to top it off - the service is spot on. Prices are very affordable considering how much food you can stuff into your bowl.If I could give this 10 stars, I definitely would.
