What a delight in the town of Skykomish. Enjoyed a scone and coffee here by the river. Then took a dip in the river and came back for lunch. Extremely clean restrooms. Cash register has feminine hygiene products.
Louskis is right off of the road, and one of the only places to eat along this stretch to Stevens pass. Pretty decent selection of food. They serve espresso and coffee. They have ice cream. There is a restroom here. They have outdoor seating and an electric car charger if that's your thing.

We enjoyed a 911 Burger, a BBQ Bacon Burger, a BYO Burger, and a French dip sandwiches. They used respectably sized patties with good toppings. The BBQ was particularly yummy.
The burgers were large enough that we didn’t need fries or anything to go with them.
The staff were friendly as well.
