New ownership. Best pho I have ever had! I got the combo as I love all the ingredients, tripe, steak, flank, tendon, etc. I’ve had a LOT of pho all throughout Washington State so I’ve got a lot to compare to. The broth was rich in flavor (someone came in to order the broth only to go during my meal, that itself says a lot). The tendon was cooked to perfection, soft and your teeth practically melt through it. All the ingredients tasted very fresh. I found my new go to pho spot! I hate doing reviews but I felt so compelled because it was so good.
Edit: I came back to try a new dish I’ve not had before, phở sườn bò, or beef rib pho. It was amazing!! I cannot recommend this spot enough. They also gave us a free yakult (not the yakult brand, but that’s what I know it as… probiotic yogurt drink) before the meal. Great for digestion.

Nam was very generous and kind both times I've been in. I was sick and he gave me ginger to take home and make a remedy tea to help my throat. The man cares and it shows come in and enjoy the family style of a restraunt expirnece

First time at this restaurant and was immediately impressed on how different the interior was, since it was Bright, Open & Clean, which unfortunately isn’t always the case at Pho restaurants if this size.
The service was amazing, and we even got a chance to speak to the owner, who gave us future food recommendations and was very proud of the space he created.
Overall, great experience and if I could give 10 stars, I would.

It was our first time here and I tell you what. Food was amazing had like 2 things off the menu but both were really good. Owner actually came out to talk to us and was super friendly. Waiter was really on point about topping off our waters. I would definitely recommend this place.

The service was outstanding, the food was incredibly flavorful, and the broth was clear, rich, and so comforting. The warm and welcoming staff made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Bamboo Bowl never disappoints! Their vegetarian pho is packed with fresh veggies and a delicious broth that doesn’t skimp on flavor. I also tried the green onion pancakes, which were crispy and light—absolutely a must-try. The restaurant is in a cute, modern plaza, and the vibe inside is warm and inviting. The staff’s attention to detail made my visit even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese food!
I can’t get enough of Bamboo Bowl’s banh mi sandwiches! The bread is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the fried egg addition is a game-changer. I also love their fresh spring rolls with that amazing peanut sauce. The portions are generous, and the prices are such a great value for the quality. The service was quick and welcoming, making it a go-to spot for me in Snohomish!
