Our family decided to check Seattle Hill Gyros after watching a recommendation on TikTok. We ordered the shawarma plate and the shawarma fries for our child. We chose lamb for our meat of choice. The meat was seasoned well and was tender. The plates had plenty of food with a huge serving of rice, a palm and a half size portion of meat, 4 pieces of quartered pita, and a small but very tasty salad. Absolutely did not expect being inclined to write a response, but I had to because this beef/lamb gyro was absolutely delicious. Every single ingredient, especially the lettuce was fresh. The fries are plus as a side and are made perfectly. I chose the spicy option and was pleased it was mild enough to enjoy the taste of the sauce and tzatziki. 10/10 even when ordered almost 5 miles away. It was fresh and warm as if I sat down inside.
