I ordered two large pizzas from Domino's on Seattle Hill Road. I came when I was informed that the food would be ready. since I came, it said on the screen that my pizza was ready, but I was told to wait. After 15 minutes, I asked the girl why I was waiting since it said on the screen that the food was ready. The girl then informed me that she had accidently dropped my pizza. I believe I would have understood if they had been straightforward and given me the truth from the beginning.

Went here for picking up my order after the tracker showed it was ready, but there was a delay. On top of that the pizza was burnt.Gave it a try another day, it was such a long delay. Inside the store they have an order tracker display and it was not showing my name at all and finally I got my order after around 30 minutes delay. I don't know what is wrong with this dominos store it is a mess.

Y’all been dropping the ball. Step your game up. Simple mistakes that are easily avoidable, like adding the icing to cinnamon twists (part of order) and extra cheese (simple addition to menu item). Two necessary items for complete enjoyment one of which comes standard and y’all goof up. Do better.
