We got take out and when we found EJ's online we checked out the online menu. When we got to the restaurant, the prices on line were not the same in the restaurant. That was my only complaint and stores need to make sure that their websites stays current and that their customers aren't blindsided by the difference in price. Food was great and they were pretty fast getting our order out to us.

The burgers were very, very good as were the chicken strips. The fries were exceptionally good. Somewhat small but, very friendly and fast service.
First time trying. Ordered the fish and chips. The fries are decent but the fish literally looks and tastes like the stuff you get out of a bag in the freezer section of the grocery store. Won’t be going back.

Listen, their food is great but don’t get me started on their service. When I couldn’t hear the lady on the phone she kept saying “OH MY GOD”. These people have such disrespect for their customers. They REALLY need to have more patience. At this point just go somewhere else.

I ordered a beef katsu burger and the beef part was like rubber, I swear I couldn't even tear a bite it was so bad. I'm very anxious about complaining but as it was inedible I tried to talk to the counter lady about it and she just said that's how it's supposed to be and the chicken katsu is better and I should have ordered that. They did give me just a replacement regular burger, which was good. All past experiences were good, but I guess just stay away from the katsu stuff.
