Order online is theft 10% to place order online instead of calling and then they hide the online charge in superscript. Hamburgers tend to be overcooked and dry. Fries are no longer included and now it costs you $20 for a burger and fries. Originally around $10 and they tasted amazing.

The food has changed for the worse in the last few months. I used to LOVE the fries and the burgers. Even my 87 year old MIL used to say these were the BEST burgers and fries and now says “they’re ok”.

Something has changed. Maybe management or vendors. Because the fries are TERRIBLE. They look like a fresh from frozen soggy unseasoned disaster. You can do better buying from the frozen section at Safeway and air-frying your own. That’s how bad it is.

This is coming from a local going eating here for a while. The fries used to be well battered and expertly fried.
